How to Change Timeshare Ownership Due to Divorce and Dissolution of Marriage Tip Sheet by Deed and Record

https://www.prweb.com/

California, Hawaii, Nevada and Florida timeshare deeds for divorce and dissolution of marriage.

Until the other spouse is removed as a co-owner, that spouse remains liable for the maintenance fees and continues to have access to the timeshare.

In a judgement for divorce and dissolution of marriage, one spouse is awarded a timeshare. Until the other spouse is removed as a co-owner, that spouse remains liable for the maintenance fees and continues to have access to the timeshare. Tip Sheet by Deed and Record explains how to change ownership of timeshares located in California, Hawaii, Nevada and Florida.

All four states require change in ownership by deed. Each State has designated a sub-state entity to keep track of the deeds. These State entities are the final authority on who owns each and every real property located in the State.

In the Western States, including California and Nevada, this task is assigned to the “county

recorder.” The recorder is responsible for all real property located in its county. In Florida, the courthouse of each county is responsible for real property located in that county. Hawaii is the only State that tracks all owners of real property throughout the State by one entity known as the Bureau of Conveyances.

Change of owners is effective upon the submission to and acceptance by the State entity of a deed that is copied, indexed and made part of the official record. A copy of the recorded deed must be forwarded to the timeshare company to update their own record of owners.

Until one spouse is removed as a co-owner, that spouse remains liable for the maintenance fees and continues to have access to the timeshare. In the states of California, Hawaii, Nevada or Florida change of ownership due to divorce or dissolution of marriage is by deed recorded with the state. A copy of the recorded deed must be forwarded to the timeshare company to update their own record of owners.

This Tip Sheet was prepared by Deed and Record. Office is at 4952 Warner Avenue, Suite 235, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Phone number is 714-846-2888. Website is http://www.deedandrecord.com.

First-Ever Report on the Global Economy of Physical Activity To Be Released at Global Wellness Summit

News Image

There has been valuable research measuring the size of the gym and fitness club markets but never a report of this scope and depth that benchmarks and analyzes the entire physical activity market and its submarkets.

The Global Wellness Institute™ (GWI), a nonprofit research and educational resource for the world wellness industry, today announced that its 2019 research report “Move to Be Well: The Global Economy of Physical Activity” will be released at the Global Wellness Summit being held at the Grand Hyatt Singapore from October 15–17.

If in 2018 the GWI found that the fitness/mind-body market was worth $595 billion, this new study broadens the scope of that segment to the “physical activity sector,” which includes the fitness, sports and active recreation, and mindful movement segments as well as supporting markets, including equipment and supplies, apparel and footwear, and technology. The 150+ page report is packed with data on all these key segments across the physical activity market (at global, regional and national levels); insights on emerging trends and business opportunities across countries; and 5-year growth projections. The generous support of 18 industry sponsors will make this much-anticipated research free to the world.

“There has been valuable research measuring the size of the gym and fitness club markets but never a report of this scope and depth that benchmarks and analyzes the entire physical activity market and its submarkets,” noted Susie Ellis, GWI chairman and CEO. “It should prove a powerful resource for anyone in this explosively growing industry and help spur the broader global health imperative to bring physical activity to all.”

“Our research sponsors make GWI’s annual studies a reality, and they’re moving the entire wellness industry forward by making this critical data and insight accessible to all,” said Michelle Gamble, VP, Business Development. “They deserve much credit.”

Finland Director Acquires Re-Make Rights to Suicide Awareness Film “Just Say Goodbye”

https://www.prweb.com/

Just Say Goodbye

The topic (suicide) is very important, and it reflects this concerning phenomena among western societies. Finland is supposed to be the happiest country in the world, but still has a major and growing problems with people suffering from mental disorders.

DreamMill Productions, a Finnish film production company, acquired the re-make rights for the recently released feature drama “Just Say Goodbye.” On May 9th, DreamMill’s director, Harri Haanpää, attended the Los Angeles Premiere of the original U.S. based film, which was directed/co-produced by Matt Walting and written/co-produced by Layla O’shea.

As the credits rolled, Haanpää knew he had found a special story about best friends, bullying, teen suicide, and the struggles young adults sometimes encounter with depression, so he set about contacting distributor Leomark Studios about the rights.

“I was amazed how the story flows and how much they achieved with such a small budget,” Haanpää says. “The topic is very important, and it reflects this concerning phenomena among western societies. Finland is supposed to be the happiest country in the world, but still has a major and growing problems with people suffering from mental disorders.”

Walting, under his own production company, Walting Entertainment, was only 18 years-old when he won the Indie Spirit Best Director Award at the Boston International Film Festival for his interpretation of the script last year: the youngest to ever earn the award. Even with its no-budget production level of $15K raised through crowd-funding, the hard-hitting film was picked up for mass distribution. The indie film began streaming on platforms like Amazon Prime, with DVDs selling through major online outlets like Best Buy, Target and Walmart soon after its week-long theatrical release in L.A.

Screenwriter, Layla O’Shea, says she was, “already thrilled to have the screenplay produced once. But to have it produced again so soon, and this time in Finnish, I couldn’t be more proud how the story is resonating across cultures.”

Haanpää adds, “When we are in school, bullying is always being addressed as a very serious problem. This movie shines a light on these important issues. If we can help even one person with this movie, we have done our job well. That’s why I think, this is very important movie to produce together with the young people here in Helsinki.”

Young people from the local youth center from Kannelmäki were chosen to collaborate on Haanpää’s production. He wanted to give his young team the freedom to choose the type of movie to create.

“We started filming within three weeks from our first meeting. But despite that, because the young people are so excited, the film is alive and powerful.”

The production phase began in August and is expected to complete by early October. The final film is expected to be ready by December. Information about the original film can be found at http://www.JustSayGoodbyeFilm.com.

HMP’s Psych Congress Launches Suicide Prevention 360 Initiative in Partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

News Image

Together, we want to educate clinicians and initiate action — helping clinicians be more competent and confident in assessing suicide risk, implementing safety plans, and counseling at-risk patients and their families.

In concurrence with National Suicide Prevention Month, HMP, a leading healthcare education and events company, today announced the launch of the Suicide Prevention 360 initiative. This sweeping effort establishes a partnership between its Psych Congress education brand and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), to develop and deliver critical educational resources for mental health clinicians and other medical professionals aimed at preventing suicides.

Suicide continues to be a major public health problem in the United States and around the world. It is the tenth leading cause of death in the U.S., where the rate is higher than at any point since World War II. On average, there are 129 suicides per day. In 2017, 47,173 Americans died by suicide, and there were an estimated 1,400,000 suicide attempts.

In collaboration with AFSP, the Suicide Prevention 360 initiative delivers practical tools, training, and other resources for professionals, both in person and online. An initial slate of education has already rolled out at several Psych Congress programs in 2019, including Elevate, a conference aimed at early career and forward-thinking health professionals, and Psych Congress Regionals, a series of one-day programs held throughout the U.S. AFSP experts Dr. Jill Harkavy-Friedman, Dr. Doreen Marshall, and Dr. Christine Moutier have been among the presenters of this critical content.

“The goal of the initiative is simple: to prevent suicides,” said Jeff Hennessy, chairman and CEO, HMP. “Too many lives have been lost. We want to set the stage for action that moves the needle on suicide prevention. As the leading provider of education for mental health providers, we knew it was time to do something when clinicians continued to indicate to us there were still large gaps in the kind of educational tools and clinical resources available to help them identify, treat, and manage patients who may express suicidal thoughts. The Suicide Prevention 360 initiative will close these gaps. We’re deeply committed to this long-term effort, and we expect to add more partners as we move forward. Our intent is to deliver education not just to our mental health audience, but also to other segments we serve across the global healthcare community, from EMS professionals to primary care practitioners. We can’t and we won’t stop until we see an end to the suicide epidemic.”

“This is an incredibly important initiative, and we could not be more pleased to be working with AFSP,” said Rakesh Jain, MD, MPH, Psych Congress co-chair. “Together, we want to educate clinicians and initiate action — helping clinicians be more competent and confident in assessing suicide risk, implementing safety plans, and counseling at-risk patients and their families. Working collaboratively, we can save lives and bring hope to those who have been affected by suicide.”

During the 32nd annual Psych Congress, taking place October 3-6, 2019, in San Diego, California, a special preconference dedicated to suicide prevention will be led by AFSP.

Psych Congress also has named AFSP its Charitable Partner for 2019. The designation includes a financial contribution to AFSP from Psych Congress. In addition, AFSP Vice President of Research, Dr. Harkavy-Friedman will address attendees during the Eric C. Arauz Memorial Keynote.

“We are energized to be engaging in this critical work with HMP and Psych Congress and honored to be selected the 2019 Psych Congress Charitable Partner,” said Dr. Harkavy-Friedman. “This is a critical audience, and we couldn’t possibly reach as many clinicians with these educational resources without working together. We must educate not only mental health professionals, but also professionals in many fields about the complexity of suicide and the warning signs, risk factors, and ways to intervene to prevent suicide. This new training will lead to a healthcare community that is even more knowledgeable about how to help those who might be experiencing suicidal ideation or a loss to suicide. There is much work to be done, but we look forward to the opportunities ahead and how this partnership will grow in the future.”

Top Influential Factors For Comprehensive Car Insurance

News Image

“Comprehensive coverage is influenced by multiple factors. Some of them are under policyholder’s control. Check our website for more car insurance tips”, said Russell Rabichev, Marketing Director of Internet Marketing Company.

Comprehensive car insurance provides financial support if the car is stolen or damaged by factors not related to a collision. Since this policy is quite expensive, drives should get car insurance quotes from http://compare-autoinsurance.org/ and compare prices.

For more info and free car insurance quotes online, visit http://compare-autoinsurance.org/3-factors-that-influence-comprehensive-insurance-rates/

As mentioned above, comprehensive insurance covers events different than collisions. For this policy, these are the most important factors:

  • The area where the policyholder lives. Insurance companies are interested to know where exactly the driver lives. The company will check the frequency of extreme weather phenomena. Other factors like the number of riots, vandalized cars or stolen vehicles are also analyzed.
  • The value of the car. Naturally, the car’s worth will influence the insurance costs. This policy is recommended for new, valuable cars. Dropping coverage or older cars is something usual and quite recommended, considering the costs to keep this policy active.
  • Tracking devices. Since this policy also covers theft, adding tracking devices will lower the costs. It may be a long-term investment, but the premiums will be lowered after installing the devices.
  • Deductibles. Just like collision car insurance, comprehensive coverage is also subject to deductibles. The insurance company will not intervene unless the driver pays the deductible mentioned in the contract. A high deductible will make the insurance cheaper.

Compare-autoinsurance.org is an online provider of life, home, health, and auto insurance quotes. This website is unique because it does not simply stick to one kind of insurance provider, but brings the clients the best deals from many different online insurance carriers. In this way, clients have access to offers from multiple carriers all in one place: this website. On this site, customers have access to quotes for insurance plans from various agencies, such as local or nationwide agencies, brand names insurance companies, etc.

New novel, Simon’s Mansion, continues an award-winning series about a gay ex-cult member seeking acceptance and reconciliation

https://www.prweb.com/

Simon’s Mansion

When the man Simon loves disappears into thin air, he must go back to the beginning to find the truth.

Simon didn’t think he would ever go home again, but to plan for his future, he needs to face his past. For Simon, the family mansion in Arkansas is a part of him. He may have fled small-town life for a path that led to cocaine addiction, but he has found his way home. Now, all that’s left is for him to face those he hurt along the way. As Simon navigates his constant internal struggle between faith and atheism, he must make decisions that will forever alter the course of his life.

Simon Powell was a follower of the Reverend Sun Myung Moon and his cultish and highly controversial Unification Church.
