“Our placement on this prestigious list speaks to the quality of our brand and our passion to continue to grow while providing superior service to our Uni K Wax customers across the country.” – Noemi Grupenmager, founder and CEO of Uni K Wax

UWK Franchising Company, LLC, parent company to Uni K Wax Studio, a national franchise offering all-natural, unisex, body waxing services, just landed on the Franchise Times Top 200+ for the first time. The company is ranked at 497 on the newly released list of best performing franchise systems in the United States. The list ranks 500 franchise-based businesses on systemwide sales for the previous year. Uni K Wax brought in $20 million in systemwide sales in 2018.

“We are thrilled to receive national recognition for our strategic growth,” says Noemi Grupenmager, founder and CEO of Uni K Wax. “Our placement on this prestigious list speaks to the quality of our brand and our passion to continue to grow while providing superior service to our Uni K Wax customers across the country.”

Uni K Wax Studio currently has franchise locations in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Iowa. It is a key player in the body wax franchise industry.

“This ranking shows our business model resonates with entrepreneurs with the desire to invest in a solid franchise as well as to customers that want a top-notch service by trained professionals using an all-natural paraben free & gluten free proprietary elastic wax,” says Luis Rodriguez, Director of Franchise Sales. “With the systems and infrastructure in place, Uni K Wax is poised for growth in a wide-open sector of the stable and growing beauty and personal care industry.”

The 2019 Franchise Times 200+ is considered the most comprehensive ranking of the 500 largest U.S. franchise systems. The Franchise Times research team spends five months compiling data to build the list, using a combination of companies’ voluntary reports and publicly available data, like the franchises’ most recent franchise disclosure statements and Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

In 1993, she opened the first-ever unisex waxing Studio in South Beach and within six months the studio was servicing 200 customers a day.

In 2007, Uni K Wax began franchising under its parent company, UKW Franchising Company, LLC. Based in Aventura, Florida, the brand currently has 33 units in operation throughout Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Iowa.

Uni K Wax Studio is devoted to the art of natural and safe hair removal in a clean and comfortable environment. Pro-life Ministry Save the Storks Delivers 49th and 50th Mobile Medical Units

Stork Bus New Jersey 50th Stork Bus Mobile Medical Unit Save the Storks

50th Stork Bus Delivered to Calvary Chapel in Old Bridge, NJ

“Going mobile is the most effective strategy to reach women with unplanned pregnancies. 4 out of 5 women who board a Stork Bus choose life for their baby when given an opportunity to hear their baby’s heartbeat and see their baby on an ultrasound.”

This month, pro-life ministry Save the Storks delivered its 49th and 50th mobile medical units (MMU) to pregnancy resource centers in Georgia and New Jersey.

These MMUs, also known as Stork Buses, are state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. The vans are equipped with an exam table, counseling area, TV screens and space for ultrasound and sonogram equipment. They allow pregnancy resource centers to take their life-saving services on the road.

The 49th bus, named Benjamin, arrived in Georgia on Sept. 11. The bus is owned and operated by the Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center in Fayetteville, GA.

“We decided to go mobile because we were looking for a way to reach more women in our community,” said Luci Hough, executive director of Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center. “We want to go out into the community where women most need our help.”

This bus was named in memory of Jim and Ashley Murray’s son, Benjamin, who they lost last year shortly after he was born.

“This bus reminds us of the value, importance and significance of celebrating life,” said Jim Murray. “That’s what the team at Save the Storks has provided for our family.”

Bus number 50, the Hannah Bus, has its own unique story. It arrived at the Bridge Women’s Center in Old Bridge, NJ on Oct 1.

The person who donated funds for the bus chose to have it named after Hannah from 1 Samuel in the Bible. In the Old Testament story, Hannah cried out to God for a child, and God answered her prayer.

Bridge Women’s Center’s Executive Director Debbie Biskey said, “Going mobile is the most effective strategy to reach women with unplanned pregnancies. 4 out of 5 women who board a mobile pregnancy center choose life for their baby when given an opportunity to hear their baby’s heartbeat and see their baby on an ultrasound.”

The Hannah Bus is the result of a partnership between the women’s center and a local church, Calvary Old Bridge. This is Save the Storks’ first church partnership.

Lloyd Pulley, Senior Pastor of Calvary Old Bridge, said, “Our church saw a need to get resources to women who need it most. We couldn’t sit still as we saw what was happening with abortion in this country.”

Currently, seven Stork Buses are in production and set for delivery over the next year. Seven more pregnancy resource centers are working with us to fundraise for a bus.

Save the Storks will host pro-life supporters at the Third Annual Stork Charity Ball in Washington, DC on Jan. 23, 2020, the night before the March for Life. Tickets are available at https://savethestorks.com/stork-ball/

##

Save the Storks‘ mission is to revolutionize the meaning of pro-life by partnering with pregnancy resource centers across the United States to empower women with choice during pregnancy. Save the Storks, known for their custom state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Sprinter mobile medical units, also called Stork Buses, is helping to change hearts and minds with compelling social media and awareness campaigns, unique events and direct support to PRCs who provide much needed resources and outreach programs to mothers facing an unplanned pregnancy. To date, Save the Storks has built 50 Stork Buses. Four out of five women who board a Stork Bus choose life, with an estimated 7,000 babies’ lives saved as 2019 comes to a close.

Sharon Kleyne Supports Life-Saving Floating Medical Clinics On Kleyne Talk Radio

https://www.prweb.com/

Sharon Kleyne, Founder of Bio Logic Aqua® Research

Date aired: September 30th, 2019

Guest: Juan M. Montero, II, MD, FACS, Founder Montero Medical Missions, Chesapeake, Virginia http://www.monteromedicalmissions.org

Sharon Kleyne supports the global efforts of Montero Medical Missions and its new Floating Medical Clinics in the Philippines, as well as the organizations commitment to teaching new water research and technology. Kleyne also wants Montero and all doctors to commit to asking their patients how much water they’re drinking every day. Kleyne’s view is that too many doctors take water for granted.

“I’ve been studying water and water evaporation for thirty-five years,” says Kleyne. “I decided not to write the book. Like Dr. Juan M. Montero, I decided to do something about the world’s water crisis, so I founded Bio Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® where we study water and evaporation.”

Like Kleyne, Dr. Montero, a retired surgeon who founded Montero Medical Missions in July, 2011, believes that “education is the key to health and success.” Montero’s purpose in creating Montero Medical Missions was to organize sustainable projects that serve people in rural areas, migrant workers and their families, and people who cannot afford adequate health insurance.

Montero’s current new project is a GoFundMe® initiative he has organized with Vincent Medina. The fundraising initiative of tax-deductible donations will support floating medical clinics between the many islands of Montero’s native Philippines. If you would like to contribute to this cause, go here. http://www.monteromedicalmissions.org/floating-medical-clinic-go-fundme/

In addition to providing medical care for immigrant men, women and children from Asia and Central America, Montero’s floating medical clinics teach healthcare and the importance of water to a healthy life. “It is just common sense that everyone be hydrated,” says Montero.

Kleyne, host of her internationally syndicated weekly talk radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature’s Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica, Sharon Kleyne, teaches that people are like walking batteries. “Do you know that you are walking water?” she asks her radio audience rhetorically. Kleyne also praises Montero and his Montero Medical Clinics for treating eye diseases of so many children. “Blindness and dry eye are out of control around the world,” says Kleyne. “We need better water research and education about water and evaporation of body water vapor.”

Kleyne teaches people around the world that they must learn to drink at least eight-to-ten glasses of water every day for proper hydration. “Glasses of water should be drunk all at once,” says Kleyne, “for the benefits of maximum absorption. No sipping! You wouldn’t water a plant by giving it a sip! Sipping water and drinking ice water are not effective because the body doesn’t fully absorb the water.”

If you would like to listen to a conversation with Dr. Juan M. Montero, founder of Montero Medical Missions and floating medical clinics and Health Olympics inventor, advocate for new water education and research and international evaporation researcher Sharon Kleyne about Montero Medical Missions, floating medical clinics, drinking water to improve health, drinking water to gain maximum benefits of medication, water research and education, follow this link: https://www.voiceamerica.com/episode/117618/heal-the-world-floating-medical-clinic

Elvis Gomes’s newly released “The Layman’s Way of Understanding the Bible and Your Life” is a powerful handbook that explains the purpose of the Bible in layman’s term.

News Image

“The Layman’s Way of Understanding the Bible and Your Life”: a masterful craft that inspires the readers to open their heart, mind, and soul enabling them to understand the Words of God.

“The Layman’s Way of Understanding the Bible and Your Life” is the creation of published author Elvis Gomes, an ordinary man who has been blessed with the skills of a handyman. He used those skills to empower his everyday life and has always been grateful for what he does have.

He also knows everything in life as a gift from God and had often wished he can find a way to help others understand how important that is to God.

Gomes writes, “This book was written in layman terms, to explain the purpose of the Bible, so that anyone can understand it and not only someone who has studied it. The purpose of this is to express how the Bible and the outcome of your life go hand in hand. You truly can determine the type of life you live by just reading and understanding the Bible. Think of the Bible as your guide; all the rules and answers are in this one book. Even after death, you can still have eternal life, but only if you choose to follow it. The Bible and God are all you need to live a contented and blessed life because God designed it that way. I do pray that this book helps you understand all the aspects of why and how the Bible can change your life. Please read His word carefully and open your heart, mind, and soul to allow Him to take over.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Gomes’s new book is an enthralling text that hopes to spread the Words of God to nonbelievers and everyone to truly understand every single word in the Holy Bible.

With this purpose, the author aims to help the readers understand that the Holy Bible is a book that can change one’s life.

Yamaha THR-II Series Expands the Desktop Amp Concept with More Sounds and a Rich Wireless Experience

https://www.prweb.com/

THR30II Wireless

Yamaha has introduced the THR-II series, comprising the THR10II, THR10II Wireless, and THR30II Wireless desktop guitar amplifiers. Upon the introduction of the original THR series in 2011, Yamaha established the desktop amp as an entirely new category of guitar amplifier. Neither a performance amp nor strictly a practice amp, THR represented a third amp category offering guitarists features they need when they aren’t on stage or rehearsing, in addition to exceptional sound and responsiveness at any volume.

The THR-II series expands upon this concept by delivering three times as many realistically modeled tube-amp sounds as the original THR10, new wireless features, more power, and a refreshed, stylish design that complements any home décor. The THR30II Wireless also includes stereo ¼” line outputs for additional flexibility.

THR-II amplifiers employ Virtual Circuitry Modeling (VCM) technology to deliver the tone, feel, and expressive nuances characteristic of boutique tube amplifiers. The new amps provide 15 different amp tones, three modeled microphone sounds for acoustic-electric guitars, three bass amp models, and three flat voicings for use with other instruments.

Stompbox-style modulation effects and studio-quality reverbs and delays allow players to further enhance their tones. Stereo reverbs and audio playback utilize Extended Stereo Technology (EST), resulting in a more immersive listening experience than standard stereo. A specially-designed speaker enclosure was optimized by the award-winning Yamaha Audio Visual Division to handle both amplified guitar tones and audio playback with hi-fi sound quality.

All three THR-II desktop amplifiers provide Bluetooth support for audio playback and more. The THR30II Wireless and THR10II Wireless also feature a built-in rechargeable battery and an integrated wireless receiver which, when combined with an optional Line 6® Relay® G10T transmitter, offer players a fully cable-free experience. There’s also a USB port for direct recording and playback, and THR amps come bundled with Steinberg software for desktop and mobile recording. The free Yamaha THR Remote editor/librarian app is compatible with Mac®, PC, and mobile devices.

The new Yamaha THR-II desktop amplifiers provide players of all types with a perfect combination of professional-quality tones, convenient wireless operation, and stylish good looks — whether they are practicing, recording, or playing along with their favorite music.

TGA Premier Sports Expands into 76th U.S. Market with new chapter on California’s Central Coast

https://www.prweb.com/

Through TGA’s dynamic curriculum, we will incorporate station-based athletic skill development activities, STEAM Labs to explore educational concepts through sports, and key life lessons

TGA Premier Sports (TGA), the leading force introducing youth sports into schools and communities through programs that combine athletics and academics, continues its nationwide expansion into its 76th U.S. market, California’s Central Coast. On pace to enroll its one-millionth participant by 2020, TGA’s youth sports “delivery system” is helping strengthen families and communities and reverse trends of declining youth sports participation in cities across the country leading to healthier lifestyles.

TGA’s sustainable, scalable model of before- and after-school enrichment programs and local sports camps has become one of the nation’s most impactful developers of community-based sports programs for kids ages five to 13.

TGA Premier Sports Central Coast in Ventura County, Calif. was launched by Kristin Hatfield, a local executive, inventor, entrepreneur, working mom of two kids and lifelong athlete, as a way to give back to the community that helped shaped her passion for sports and its many rewards.

Hatfield, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics degree from Humboldt State University, has been the owner and operator of a river rafting company, an environmental consultant, a regional sales manager in the medical billing industry and vice president of sales in convention services. She is also owner and inventor of EquiptBaby, creator of the Comfy Canopy, a collapsible, portable bassinet that weighs less than an ounce.

Having seen the impact and successful engagement TGA has had in other communities, Hatfield recently decided it was her time to give back. “TGA is a community of people who are giving back to our youth in our local communities. I want to show up and be there with the children,” she says. “I want to be the first person who puts a golf club or tennis racquet in a child’s hands or teaches them to dig a volleyball. I want TGA programs to be the best part of their day. The feeling of accomplishment through sports has no comparison!”

TGA Premier Sports Central Coast offers TGA Premier Golf, Tennis, Ultimate and Volleyball and will also be the first TGA Chapter to offer a Beach Volleyball curriculum. “This past summer, with the support of my local beach HOA, I did a soft opening for TGA Central Coast and hosted a Beach Volleyball camp. The TGA volleyball curriculum is awesome and I just made some slight tweaks to incorporate the sand. The diving drill was the kids’ favorite along with serving into the target for points,” Hatfield says.

Hatfield’s territory includes the coastal communities in Ventura County. “We’re coordinating with Los Olivios Golf Course and the School’s PTA to organize a fundraiser that incorporates families playing golf together and raises funds for the PTA at local schools in the Ventura Unified School District,” she says. The chapter will also be hosting its first Fall Break Tennis Camp on the courts of a local high school in October.

With Hatfield’s new franchise, thousands of youngsters will be impacted in and around California’s Central Coast. “When children engage in sports, they begin to build and nurture skills that allow them to strive to become our future leaders. Through TGA’s dynamic curriculum, we will incorporate station-based athletic skill development activities, STEAM Labs to explore educational concepts through sports, and key life lessons including teamwork, sportsmanship, perseverance, and leadership,” she adds.

TGA impacts communities by introducing sports that empower kids directly into schools and community centers through before- or after-school enrichment programs, spurring participation in a way that starts at the grassroots level but has national implications.

“Kristin Hatfield has incredible enthusiasm for her community, sports and how together they can change the lives of youth and families,” says TGA CEO Joshua Jacobs. “Using TGA’s blueprint will allow her to customize the local experience families will get through TGA programs. On the coast, beach volleyball is in the fabric of the culture, so it’s a natural that Kristin would take this new program offering and run with it. She’s going to be an amazing asset to the families in her community.”

TGA creates an accessible player pathway for students and their families to build on their new-found sports passion and advance further in the sports. From introductory programs, to recreational camps, clinics and family programs, engagement in these programs can lead to juniors playing on high school and college teams. With registration fees at less than $200, TGA’s six-week enrichment programs are also extremely affordable for families interested in starting their kids in a sports program.

TGA provides all of the equipment for kids at no cost in the program, including its own line of custom golf and tennis equipment to provide all players an affordable option to get into the sport. The program can also be utilized anywhere on school campuses regardless of weather, including gymnasiums, hallways, cafeterias, fields and blacktops.

Through donations that funds scholarships, the TGA Sports Foundation is enabling kids who wouldn’t otherwise take up the sport to learn and grow from it. “Our goal is to impact the development of a child’s sports career throughout all levels of the player pathway,” Jacobs says. “Introducing youth to sports and creating a passion is one thing, but engaging a child who exhibits talents and giving them the tools to grow continue on with a sport is more important.”

Families and schools nationwide have embraced the TGA model and its programs because it creates a healthier and safer environment for students at schools and community centers. The school-based curriculum includes tennis skill progression, education subjects and STEM/STEAM Labs, in addition to physical fitness and health components.

HIPAA Breast Cancer Awareness

Laura Neidig, HIPAA subject matter expert at Compliancy Group states, “I’m so proud to be part of a company that acknowledges a cause that we’ve all been affected by in one way or another”

COMPLIANCY GROUP is deeply entrenched in the healthcare industry, helping healthcare organizations achieve HIPAA compliance, in turn helping their patients. Breast cancer is a terrible disease that affects so many people, as such Compliancy Group recognizes the need to spread awareness to further help patients.

This October, Compliancy Group is proud to participate in National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is one of the most common kinds of cancer in women after skin cancer. About 1 in 8 women born today in the United States will get breast cancer at some point.

Laura Neidig, HIPAA subject matter expert at Compliancy Group states, “I’m so proud to be part of a company that acknowledges a cause that we’ve all been affected by in one way or another”

The good news is that most women can survive breast cancer if it’s found and treated early.

If you are a woman age 40 to 49, talk with your doctor about when to start getting mammograms and how often to get them.

If you are a woman age 50 to 74, be sure to get a mammogram every 2 years. You may also choose to get them more often.

Talk to a doctor about your risk for breast cancer, especially if a close family member of yours had breast or ovarian cancer. Your doctor can help you decide when and how often to get mammograms.

Compliancy group’s Seal of Compliance will be colored pink for the month of October; the Seal validates and verifies an organization’s “good faith effort” towards HIPAA compliance. A portion of proceeds for the month of October will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.

Find Out If You Should Drop The Current Car Insurance Provider

News Image

“Drivers must change their insurance providers if they feel they are mistreated or pay more than they should,” said Russell Rabichev, Marketing Director of Internet Marketing Company.

Cheapquotesautoinsurance.com has released a new blog post that presents the main reasons why a person should consider changing their current car insurance company.

For more info and free car insurance quotes online, visit http://cheapquotesautoinsurance.com/should-you-drop-your-current-car-insurance-provider/

When signing a contract, a client expects professional services, to be respected and to have fair rates. When any of those requirements are not met, the client should look for better options.

Customer services must treat each case with care and utmost attention. Dealing with a rude or unresponsive customer support service is really upsetting. And it is a solid reason for switching carriers. If the claim is processed really slow, it is time to look for a better company. Make sure to read customer testimonials before making a change.

Inexplicable rate increases are a major concern for many drivers. Before dropping the current carrier, inquire about the price increase. A reliable company should be able to motivate their premiums. A driver with clean records, no claims and always paying the premiums on time usually gets better rates. Be aware that some companies use “price optimization” and charge their clients more with each renewal. They expect that some loyal customers will not check the market periodically.
