In’Tech Expands Regulatory Affairs Initiative Globally to Support Its Customers Worldwide

News Image

The regulatory environment is definitely becoming more and more complex to navigate, and we are proud to offer solutions setting up our customers for success, thus further improving patient care.

In’Tech Medical SAS (http://www.intech-medical.com), the leader in contract manufacturing of orthopedic medical devices, today announced the creation of a Global Regulatory Affairs Department, to support Medical Device companies across its facilities.

The reality in the Medical Device industry is that the regulatory element to any Medtech organization is more important than Research & Development, Manufacturing or Sales & Marketing. For a company to contemplate a successful expansion, regulatory affairs conversations and decisions must take place at each stage of the device’s life cycle, ensuring patient safety.

This is true around the world, and Europe is leading the way right now with the new Medical Device Regulation (EU-MDR), causing major disruptions to the regulatory obligations of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), importers and distributors involved in the medical device distribution chain.

In’Tech Global Regulatory Affairs initiative is precisely designed to help OEMs solve the problem by offering regulatory support as well as a portfolio of turnkey approved products.

“In the past 20 years, In’Tech has constantly innovated in response to market conditions and customer needs,” said Laurent Pruvost, President & CEO of In’Tech Medical. “This global regulatory initiative we are launching continues in that tradition, supporting each of our facilities in USA, France & Malaysia, while focusing on providing customers with all the tools & data to support their product launch. I like to say that we are not in business to sell instruments, but to provide solutions to complicated MedTech conditions. The regulatory environment is definitely becoming more and more complex to navigate, and we are proud to offer solutions setting up our customers for success, thus further improving patient care.”

Thanks to a strong quality & regulatory background, Tania Shammo will lead the initiative as In’Tech’s new Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Director. She comes to the position with over two decades of RA/QA experience both in the United States and Internationally, with organizations such as Bradshaw Medical in the US and Leader Biomedical in the Netherlands.

“Tania possesses deep regulatory expertise and has a proven track-record at managing quality assurance and regulatory affairs programs internationally,” said Xavier Leroy, In’Tech’s Chief Operating Officer. “In addition to helping the In’Tech Group build rock-solid quality and regulatory foundations, I am confident that her department will also become a key ingredient to many of our customers’ regulatory strategy as they expand.”

You may catch up with In’Tech Team later this week at COA (China Orthopedic Association) in Shanghai, China, November 14-17, booth #8-1J06, Hall 8.2 (ORTHO-Processes Pavilion).

Car Insurance Agents Will Help Drivers Compare Insurance Costs And Select The Right Coverage

News Image

“Car insurance agents represent a vital link between insurance companies and policyholders”, said Russell Rabichev, Marketing Director of Internet Marketing Company.

Compare-autoinsurance.org has released a new blog post that explains the benefits of working with car insurance agents.

For more info and free car insurance quotes, visit https://compare-autoinsurance.org/car-insurance-agents-will-help-you-compare-insurance-costs/

Car insurance agents are salespersons who represent insurance companies. They analyze each potential client and help him customize a suitable coverage plan. An insurance agent can provide quotes and help the customer buy coverage. However, if clients prefer to check prices online, they should use http://compare-autoinsurance.org/.

A client must understand that there are two types of insurance agents:

  • Captive agents. Captive agents work for a single insurance company. They are familiar with all the practices, discounts and benefits that the company has to offer. Working with a knowledgeable person will help clients tailor a suitable coverage plan. They are aware of all available discounts and requirements. Establishing a professional relationship with a captive agent will ensure a better representation during claim handling. Professional agents will help you compare prices and get cheaper prices. Plus, the agent will notify the clients when they become eligible for discounts of a new offer is promoted. It is recommended to work with captive agents if a person wants a long-term relationship with a certain company.
  • Brokers, or independent agents. They work for multiple companies. They can have a better understanding of the entire local insurance market. When asked, they provide quotes for all companies represented, giving the customer multiple alternatives. Working with a broker is recommended for drivers with a “high-risk” label. They may have access to non-standard carriers and help drivers find suitable coverage. Some agents will help their favorite customers get access first to more affordable deals. Working with a high number of companies means that they are able to update clients with the latest market trends. Just like captive agents, they will also notify the client when it is time to ask for no-claim discounts or loyalty discounts.

Compare-autoinsurance.org is an online provider of life, home, health, and auto insurance quotes. This website is unique because it does not simply stick to one kind of insurance provider, but brings the clients the best deals from many different online insurance carriers. In this way, clients have access to offers from multiple carriers all in one place: this website. On this site, customers have access to quotes for insurance plans from various agencies, such as local or nationwide agencies, brand names insurance companies, etc.

“Windsor is pleased to participate in Compliance and Ethics Week as it builds awareness, reinforces rules and regulations, and promotes an overall culture of compliance,” says Josh Sable, Esq., General Counsel for Windsor Care Centers.

Windsor Care Centers (Windsor) across California and Arizona again announced their participation in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week. The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA) organized the annual event, which was scheduled this year from November 3 through 9, 2019. Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week is an extension of Windsor’s ongoing compliance and ethics program, which is overseen by Marissa Kirby, Compliance Director at S&F Management Company, LLC, a healthcare consulting company. “Windsor is pleased to participate in Compliance and Ethics Week as it builds awareness, reinforces rules and regulations, and promotes an overall culture of compliance,” says Josh Sable, Esq., General Counsel for Windsor Care Centers.

As part of its efforts, Windsor’s team members played Compliance and Ethics Bingo with an “80’s theme” to reinforce the Compliance and Ethics Program in a fun way. Bingo winners received Rubix Cube key chains, and Facility Compliance Liaisons were presented with 80’s-themed jackets embossed with “Compliance Liaison” on the back, enabling employees to identify their facility’s Compliance Liaisons. Inspirational quotes were also shared with the teams each day.

Company-wide compliance and ethics education, held upon hire, and at a minimum annually, provides the opportunity to roll-out new and updated compliance and ethics program policies and reinforces an employee’s compliance and ethics obligations.

Using Wise Folder Hider Free to Protect Your Privacy

Protect your private data or important files from prying eyes with one-click.

In 2017, Wise Cleaner unveiled its 4th version of the Wise Folder Hider Free to the public, which was primarily used for general users to hide object ranging from a single file with any format to unlimited number of folders on their computer. People are always welcome to freely download this software through the Wise Cleaner’s official website.

The most significant change for this 4th version was an adoption of a new hiding technology, which was to load a special driver to protect object. Traditionally, removable directory skill was used in this software to achieve hiding, whose essence was to move a file or a folder to a particular directory of hidden-attribute. That said the tool has to move the important objects to the particular directory. However, by introduction of the aforementioned new driver tech to the 4th version, any type of files and folders in the same computer will begin to have an capability of disappearing itself from normal view without need of moving at all. Not only this is a greater security improvement than it has been, but also make it more worthwhile to pay for a software that are able to hold an unlimited amount of computer data in it.

The flexibility of operating this software is also worth mentioning here. Besides of having objects added through clicking on tabs, you can also either drag and drop files or folders over to its interface directly, or right one-click an object instead to hide from its context menu. Each file or folder to be hidden by the Wise Folder Hider Free will have itself tracked in the interface so that users can check and restore it at any time. What’s more, users are also allowed to set password one by one to hidden things to double enhance their security.

It must be noted that if any password set on this software was forgotten, users are unable to re-access hidden thing. Paying for either retrieving it back or upgrading the free to a professional version will be needed. Here the second option would be strongly recommended, because in a Pro resetting password would no longer need to purchase at.

As people are getting to pay closer attention to privacy protection, hiding and encrypting can be seen as best responses to keeping away that information being exposed to others. Besides of some functions supplied by Windows, there are also a variety of independent software for Windows OS, developed by outstanding development teams across the world, like Wise Cleaner, aiming to achieve the same or even better objective.

New Orleans’ Precision-Medicine Physician Becomes Certified in the Clinical Use of Peptides

Henry J. “Trip” Goolsby, III, MD

We are excited to bring the cutting edge approach to age-management medicine via peptides to both our New Orleans and Lake Charles communities

Infinite Health Integrative Medicine Center’s, Founder/CEO, Trip Goolsby, MD attended Age Management Medicine Group’s (AMMG) November Continuing Medical Education Conference in Tucson, Arizona, November 7th, and received a certification in the clinical use of peptides.

The certifying organization, AMMG, is a division of Red River Solutions, Inc., and provides various continuing medical education credits to physicians interested in furthering develop their knowledge base and expertise in age-management medicine. Among other state of the art treatment modalities, this 27th Clinical Applications for Age Management Medicine Conference provided the “essential scientific information for the use of peptides in age management medicine and how to clinically apply [the] knowledge to individualized patient treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.”

After about thirty years practicing community oncology and hematology, Dr. Goolsby, a Board Certified Oncologist and Hematologist transitioned into integrative medicine in 2013. In so doing, he became a Certified Elite Health provider and he and his wife/co-founder, LeNae Goolsby, JD, established Infinite Health Integrative Medicine Center.

Infinite Health is an elite precision-medicine practice with a niche focus on health optimization, longevity & regenerative medicines, “…incorporating the age-management benefits of peptide therapies into our current programs and modalities just makes sense,” Dr. Goolsby stated.

“Peptides are essentially signaling chains that direct/signal the body in certain ways to achieve and effectuate healing that would otherwise necessitate pharmaceutical intervention; they have an ability to signal multiple pathways that are capable of balancing the body’s response to repair.”

There are many exciting scientific/medical advancements in the use of peptides. For example, peptides can simultaneously enhance multiple pathways in the immune system that can either appropriately enhance response to an outside challenge, such as a virus, and/or bacteria, or to help reorganize the immune system so that it no longer responds inappropriately, such as by creating auto-immune disease.

Other conditions that are routinely corrected by the appropriate use of peptides include, hair-loss in Lupus, SLE, brain repair and the reversal of dementia has likewise been proven in numerous settings.

“We are excited to bring this cutting edge approach to age-management medicine to both our New Orleans and Lake Charles communities,” said Dr. Goolsby.
