RxBenefits, the employee benefits industry’s first and only technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer (PBO), today announced it has significantly expanded its employee base since the start of the year, including appointing three seasoned industry experts to its leadership team. As RxBenefits continues to execute on its strong growth strategy and lead the charge in evolving the pharmacy benefits industry, these executives will focus on processes to continuously elevate the level of service delivered to the company’s broker partners, self-insured employers and their members.

The pharmacy benefits industry is expected to grow substantially over the next few years. In response, RxBenefits has implemented several programs to ensure clients receive optimum value from their pharmacy benefits programs, with a proprietary data analytics platform, comprehensive set of clinical utilization management services, and a personalized customer experience at the heart of the company’s PBO model. RxBenefits has grown significantly since the start of 2021, and as part of its expansion to meet growing industry and customer needs, the company is building out its operations and business development teams. RxBenefits marked a notable milestone by surpassing 600 employees this year, bringing on nearly 80 new team members across functional areas in the last few months alone, more than half of whom are based at the company’s headquarters in Birmingham.

Recently appointed executive team members include:
