Viewers will get simple tips on how to develop the mental toughness necessary to thrive through challenges, as well as recommended readings and how to build a winning team. From athletes, actors to business executives, Rob Hill Sr. gets into the minds of men to share all that they’ve learned on their path to achievement so fans can share in their secrets to success and fulfilment.

Guests this season, including but not limited to, are:

• Bobby Wagner, a father, Wagner was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2012 NFL draft by the Seattle Seahawks. He helped the team win a Super Bowl in 2014, and has been selected to the Pro Bowl seven times. Wagner is also well documented for handling his own contract negotiations. In 2019 he was nominated as an NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year.
• Tim Anderson, husband and father, was drafted in the 1st round of the 2013 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox. He was the 2019 American League Batting champion. He founded a charity, Andersons’ League of Leaders, in his hometown of Tuscaloosa and the Southside of Chicago in response to black youths being disproportionately affected by gun violence.
• Mack Wilds (Tristan Mack Wilds), a father, is a singer, actor and producer from Staten Island. He landed his breakout role of Michael on HBO’s The Wire in 2006. His debut album New York: A Love Story, was nominated for a Grammy in 2014.
