Now in our fifth year, the WorkWell Massachusetts Awards acknowledge the impressive work underway by employers to improve the well-being and vitality of their employees.
BOSTON (PRWEB)

The Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) today announced the winners of its annual WorkWell Massachusetts Awards program. Celebrating Massachusetts employers exhibiting outstanding performance in worksite health promotion, the winners will be recognized at WWCMA’s Annual Worksite Wellness Conference at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Archana Kansagra, WWCMA Board Director and Awards & Recognition Committee Chair said, “Now in our fifth year, the WorkWell Massachusetts Awards acknowledge the impressive work underway by employers to improve the well-being and vitality of their employees. It’s a great honor to recognize this year’s winners, who are leading the way in their commitment to well-being and addressing all the dimensions of an individual – physical and mental health, social connectedness, community involvement and financial security.”
The application asks employers to complete the HERO Health and Well-Being Best Practices Scorecard in Collaboration with Mercer© to assess an organization’s overall wellness programming. In return, this provides employers with industry validated tools to measure their efforts against best practices over time. A supplemental application requests additional details on strategic planning, organizational support, program design and implementation, participant engagement, and measurement/evaluation process.
A peer review committee comprised of independent industry experts was appointed by WWCMA to evaluate all applications and provide a free consultative assessment of their program. Applicants are eligible to earn a Gold, Silver or Bronze level award, as well as separate recognition for resilience, innovation and community focus.
