Valley-Wide has thirteen primary healthcare delivery sites strategically located throughout multiple rural counties in Southern Colorado. These full-service clinics are complemented by eight dental clinics, four physical therapy clinics and numerous ancillary health services to address routine and/or complex needs of the patient population. Valley-Wide is offering this ride program to the patient populations and communities they serve to help them with their appointments, treatments, groceries, and other needs.
With this engagement, Valley-Wide will be able to provide high-quality, safe and integrated care services to the community. The WellRyde platform will enable call center personnel to book ride requests from the riders, provide robust scheduling and dispatch capability to the Transportation team, monitor progress of trips throughout the day and enable drivers to complete these Trips via a user-friendly App.
