The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay – perched atop a dramatic ocean bluff in Northern California – has partnered with wellness experts and sisters Mary and Lucy Firestone to host their popular ‘Wild Precious Life by The Firestone Sisters’ wellness retreat at the resort November 1-3, 2019. Set against the stunning backdrop of pristine California coastline, guests will have the opportunity to open up, release, connect, and celebrate through energetic workshops, thoughtful exercises, and other enriching experiences with hand-selected practitioners and healers.
Wellness experts Lucy and Mary Firestone of Wild Precious Life will lead the experiences and workshops. The Firestone sisters lead retreats around the world for those seeking catalysts for positive, expansive change. The bespoke retreat at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay will feature practitioners including Naada Guerra, – a Shaman, Energetic Healer and Intuitive who identifies subconscious blocks and transforms them with the individual – as well as Gianna de la Torre, – creator of the Cosmetic Acupuncture Method and Master Intuitive, Acupuncturist, Theta Healer and certified Yogi.
The immersive weekend will commence with an optional welcome beverage with Mary and Lucy Firestone in the relaxing Club Lounge on Friday evening, followed by a full day of insightful teachings on Saturday starting with an Intention Setting walk along the beach and ending with a Glow from the Inside Out workshop by Gianna de la Torre. The bespoke Fire & Ice Stone Massage begins with a deep inhalation of four aromatherapy scents: Rose Geranium (to calm and lift energy), Juniper (to detoxify), Sandalwood (to ground and center) and Grapefruit (to evoke warm feelings and melt sorrows) as featured in The First perfume by Wild Precious Life. A full body massage then follows using essential oils of these ingredients and hot and cold stone therapy to relieve back and shoulder pain, alleviate stress, and release toxins.
