Susan and Brian Graveno are pleased to announce the launch of their new senior- and family-focused business, Caring Transitions of Lehigh Valley.

Caring Transitions’ specially-trained professionals handle decluttering, organizing, packing, moving, resettling, in-home estate sales and online auctions, estate clearing and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions of Lehigh Valley serves Allentown, Whitehall, Orefield, Macungie, Emmaus, Quakertown, Coopersburg, Center Valley and the surrounding areas.

“Brian and I have both been impacted by the kinds of situations our clients are facing and, because of this experience, we understand what it takes to get through those kinds of transitions. We know it is a stressful and difficult process, both for the senior and for the family. We are focused on providing high-quality services that help our clients get through those transitions as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our team will do whatever we can to help your family,” Susan said.

Brian is an only child and, when his mother passed away, he and Susan sorted through a lifetime of memories to clear her estate. Susan’s parents lived in an independent living community and, at the same time her father needed hospice and skilled care, her mother needed to be moved into assisted living. Those experiences led them to Caring Transitions and, after Susan’s father died, they made the decision to open their own local franchise.

“My father, Robert Zentz, was the President/CEO of Fellowship Community for more than 22 years. When he passed, I found myself thinking about the joy he got from working with seniors and the impact he made on so many people in our community. I wanted to make that kind of impact. That inspired us make the decision to bring Caring Transitions to this community,” Susan said. “We’re looking forward to providing a much-needed service in this area through a company that’s built on compassion and care.”

Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for managing the many aspects of a senior move or assisting with the process of downsizing to provide a safer living situation, as well as for busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has moved into assisted care or passed. All of Caring Transitions’ services are customizable, so clients choose the solution that best fits their needs.

Susan and Brian are long-time Lehigh Valley residents who have been married for more than 30 years and have three adult children – Evan, Molly and Emily – who will also be involved in the family business. Susan has spent the last 30 years in healthcare sales and marketing. Brian has a background in technology sales and sales management. Throughout their professional careers, they always wanted to have a positive impact on others and their community.

Caring Transitions of Lehigh Valley is bonded, insured and their W2 employees have been background checked. For additional information call (610)904-8093, email SGraveno@CaringTransitions.com or visit http://www.CaringTransitionsofLehighValley.com.
