Ms. Buckley has 16 years of experience directing UX design, and previously held the executive titles of Director of Innovation and Director of Consumer Engagement for Cerner, a leader in health information and electronic health record technologies. She also has over a decade of experience in government consulting and leadership and team management.

At RS21, Ms. Buckley will lead design and strategy for healthcare products and will also support the development of market-specific capabilities for MOTHR, the company’s platform that integrates the power of big data analytics, artificial intelligence, data visualization and high-performance computing.

Her work has been published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine, and she has been recognized by LaunchPoint’s “Stanley Caplan User Centered Design Award” as well as with Cerner’s “Best Clinical Health Care Experience International Awards”.
