The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Inc. As CEO of HGAR, one of the largest REALTOR® associations in the nation, Haggerty understands the people, places and pulse of the residential market like no other. He began his career with the former Westchester County Board of REALTORS®, which merged with the former Putnam County Association of REALTORS® in 2009, creating the Westchester/Putnam Association of REALTORS® (WPAR). In 2012, WPAR merged with the former Rockland County Board of REALTORS® and Orange County Association of REALTORS®, creating HGAR. In January, 2017, HGAR merged with the Manhattan Association of REALTORS®, establishing an HGAR chapter in Manhattan. In 2018, Haggerty spearheaded the creation of OneKey™ MLS, the New York metro area’s first regional multiple listing service. He also serves as president and chief strategic growth officer of OneKey™ MLS.
