Already used by the Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Red Wings, eForce is a line of eccentric strength training equipment. This patented, state-of-the-art, computer-controlled, mechanical device is attachable to any squat or half-rack and offers the ability to offload a precise amount of weight from the weight bar in both the eccentric and concentric motion of every repetition.
