“These new additions to the menu make Piada more accessible to all Guests,” said Chris Doody, Piada founder.

Piada Italian Street Food welcomes everyone to its table with the debut of its new lifestyle menu items, including keto, paleo and high-protein options, which guests can order online only starting today at mypiada.com/order.

“These new additions to the menu make Piada more accessible to all Guests,” said Chris Doody, Piada founder. “Whether Guests have a restricted diet for health reasons or are just trying to establish different eating habits at the start of the new year, these new dishes open up the menu for everyone to enjoy something at Piada.”

By offering these new menu items online only for in-store pickup, Piada’s culinary team can ensure precise measuring and preparation of the food. This allows for accuracy in every dish, giving Guests exactly what they want.

The new lifestyle items include:

  • Keto BLT Salad – Roasted bruschetta tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and four pieces of crispy pancetta crumbled onto a bed of chopped romaine, tossed in Piada’s signature house-made creamy parmesan dressing.
  • Paleo Berry Balsamic Salad – Creamy avocado and fresh sliced strawberries mixed with red cabbage and spinach tossed in their new berry balsamic dressing.
  • Protein Bowl – Piada’s all-natural white meat chicken is topped with whole milk mozzarella, house-made basil pesto and roasted bruschetta tomatoes, served aside roasted broccoli and sautéed zucchini and mushrooms. It’s packed with 50 grams of protein in each bowl!

Piada fans with restricted diets or specific dietary preferences understand and appreciate the importance of measuring and handling ingredients carefully when preparing paleo and keto dishes. To ensure the accuracy and safety of these new dishes, Piada works with MenuTrinfo®, a nationally recognized allergen and gluten-free company, to train their staff.

“Over the last few years, we took a step back from our growth agenda to refocus on our core values and getting it right for our Guests,” said Doody. “Maintaining the quality of our core menu items like our Piadas and signature pasta dishes will always be a priority, but we are constantly looking for ways to tweak and improve our menu so that all feel welcome.”

Later this month, Piada will introduce a revamped version of their gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan Power Bowl featuring roasted vegetables, avocado and pickled onions over a bed of warm quinoa.

Throughout the year, Piada plans to introduce additional items to its menu to fit a variety of lifestyles, so Guests should keep their eyes peeled for what’s coming next!

About Piada

The restaurant’s premium fast-casual concept, which offers Guests an array of healthy (and indulgent) options from a selection of more than 30 toppings, is centered around the Piada. Piadas are made up of a thin-crust dough, which is freshly baked on a stone grill and filled with a selection of Italian-inspired ingredients, then hand-rolled to perfection. Other signature menu items include Piada’s salads made with fresh ingredients and craveable pasta dishes made with their house-made sauces.

As a chef-driven concept, Piada’s food is cooked under classic culinary standards and emphasizes using ingredients that are fresh and of the highest quality. Recipes are inspired by traditional, simple Italian cooking techniques and highlight flavors like basil, rosemary and San Marzano tomatoes.

Piada was inspired by the roadside family-run street food carts and markets found in Rimini, Italy, and the company’s first restaurant opened in 2010. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Piada has 40 locations throughout Ohio, Indiana and Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Texas.
