Osmosis, a leading health education platform that empowers millions of clinicians and caregivers with the best learning experience possible, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Nursing Advisory Board. The Board will convene for the first time on August 4, 2021.

The diverse board consists of deans, program directors, and professors from public and private nursing institutions across the country.

“We could not be more excited about the formation of the nursing advisory board at Osmosis. We are confident that this impressive group of nursing leaders will provide Osmosis with invaluable input and perspective as we continue our intensive focus on providing outstanding support to nursing students and professionals,” said Jannah Amiel, Director of Nursing Curriculum at Osmosis and Co-chair of the Nursing Advisory Board.

“We are particularly eager to engage with the advisory board on timely issues such as diversity, equity and inclusion, different learning styles, and nursing resilience,” added Sharon Goldfarb, Associate Clinical Professor, Family Health Care Nursing at University of California – San Francisco School of Nursing and Co-Chair of the Nursing Advisory Board.

The Nursing Advisory Board will:

• provide insights and guidance on trends in healthcare, nursing education, and culturally responsive medical training;
• review current product development efforts and product functionality to ensure a best-in-class student and faculty experience; and
• advise Osmosis team members on best practices in nursing education both within schools and in workforce education and organizations.

Osmosis uses evidence-based education principles and best practices in e-learning and design to ensure that students achieve outstanding outcomes in the classroom, on certification exams, and throughout their professional lives.
