“As we continue to invest in new solutions to address our customer’s talent challenges, I’m pleased to add two great leaders to our SkillSurvey team, John Routhier and Keith Cook and to elevate Brenda Dandrea to Chief Client Relations Officer,” said Ray Bixler, President and CEO SkillSurvey.

Today, SkillSurvey, the leading provider of cloud-based reference checking, career readiness and healthcare credentialing solutions announced it has appointed new executive leadership and expanded its senior team.

John Routhier, former senior partner at Derby Management joins SkillSurvey in the newly created role of Chief Sales Officer. He will be responsible for planning and coordination of all SkillSurvey’s sales activities including inside and field sales across all lines of business. In his prior role, John held several long-term engagements serving as vice president of sales for clients providing strategic planning and sales productivity execution to SaaS and healthcare companies. Prior to Derby Management, John also served as vice president of sales and marketing for Crowe Paradis (acquired by Verisk Analytics), a Fortune 500 company, Harmony Healthcare and Acronis Software.

Keith Cook joins as Chief Marketing Officer at SkillSurvey. As CMO, Keith will lead all aspects of the company’s marketing including the digital presence of the SkillSurvey platform and brand. Keith most recently was a strategic consultant with OfficeTroops Technology and before that was vice president Global Digital Marketing with Chubb Insurance where he led their “Center of Excellence” for digital marketing strategy. The role of chief marketing officer was most recently held by Michelle Reed who announced her retirement earlier this year after leading the SkillSurvey’s brand evolution, go-to market programs and business development efforts for the past five years.

Brenda Dandrea is promoted to Chief Client Relations Officer at SkillSurvey. This new position has been created at SkillSurvey to reinforce the company’s dedication to exceptional client service. Brenda has been a member of the SkillSurvey team for more than 10 years serving in various customer-facing and leadership roles including client relations manager, client relations director and most recently, vice president of Client Relations.

“As we continue to invest in new solutions to address our customer’s talent challenges, I’m pleased to add two great leaders to our SkillSurvey team and to elevate Brenda Dandrea to Chief Client Relations Officer,” said Ray Bixler, President and CEO SkillSurvey. “This is also a bittersweet moment for us as we will very much miss Michelle’s talents and contributions, but we know she will not regret making more time to be with her family.”
