NACD Northwest Chapter Names New Officers

The Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the advocate for the profession of directorship, today announced its new officers.

Elizabeth Bastoni will now serve as chair of NACD Northwest Chapter, succeeding Bob Carlile, who will now serve as past chair. Bastoni currently serves as chair of the board at Limeade Inc. and also chairs its Remuneration and Nomination Committee. In addition, she serves as chair of the Remuneration and Nomination, Governance, and ESR Committees at Société BIC and as a member of the Audit Committee at Jeronimo Martins.

“Elizabeth’s diverse board experience, positive and collaborative attitude, and limitless energy make her uniquely qualified to lead the chapter through these uncertain times. I have no doubt the chapter will be even stronger in the future with her at the helm,” said Bob Carlile.

Eileen O’Neill Odum was elected to serve as secretary, and Joanna Lohkamp will continue to serve as treasurer. Odum currently serves as chair for Bostwick Braun Co. where she also chairs their Audit Committee; as a chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee for Henkels & McCoy Group Inc; and as director at HD Fowler Co.
