MD Revolution, Inc. announces strategic acquisition of Falcon Care, LLC to expand Care Management services and appoints Kyle Williams CEO


The Falcon Care team brings an impressive level of expertise in onsite practice implementation, and a proven track record of growing AWV initiatives, complementing MD Revolution’s existing technology and enabling us to serve a wider range of customers and markets.

MD Revolution, Inc., a provider of Medicare Care Management services and patient engagement technologies, announced today that it has acquired Falcon Care, LLC, a provider of Care Management and Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) services. All clients, patients, and employees of Falcon Care will join MD Revolution and immediately have access to the RevUp Care Management Platform and RevUp patient engagement technologies powered by our integrated platform, patient applications, and connected devices.    

Kyle Williams has been promoted to the role of CEO of MD Revolution, having formerly served as its COO since 2017. Parker Hinshaw, the company’s former CEO, is now Executive Chairman of the Board.

“Demonstrating MD Revolution’s proven technology and integration workflows, we are rapidly onboarding all of Falcon Care’s patients onto RevUp, the MD Revolution Care Management platform and patient engagement apps. This process, which once might have taken months, will now be completed within days thanks to our advanced workflow and integration processes,” added Williams.    

Paul Huffman, Falcon Care’s President, will now join the MD Revolution leadership team as General Manager of Medicare Programs. “Our vision has always been to empower physicians with efficient tools to use connected care services to improve patient outcomes. Our team brings clinical expertise, customer service focus, and a commitment to deliver great care to the MD Revolution family.”
