In his role at SentryHealth, Doctrow will be responsible for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for the company’s health and wellness solutions. He will lead the analytics team, focusing on applying AI/ML models to hyper-personalize participants’ health and wellness journeys for better experiences and more positive outcomes. As the SentryHealth data expert, he and his team will also leverage collected information for data visualization reporting.

Specializing in predictive analytics and data modeling, Doctrow brings more than 30 years of analytics experience in multiple industries. In the last decade, he previously worked in the health care field, sharing his expertise at Signature Healthcare, Almost Family, and ResCare. Doctrow holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from the University of Kentucky and has been recognized multiple times by the Department of Labor for creating and implementing innovative analytical tools that resulted in positive change for youth job training programs.
