Martin Technical, Inc. is pleased to announce its hiring of Troy Gaytan as Key Account Manager. Troy has been in sales and customer service for over 30 years, and specifically in safety for 5 years, selling PPE and safety programs for accounts such as Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Dow Chemical.

With many opportunities in the marketplace for a good salesman, Troy reflects on his decision to join Martin Technical, “In PPE sales, I had the chance to partner with Martin Technical for some facility services my customer needed. Partnering with Martin Technical allowed me to meet and work with some of the people at Martin and I was impressed. When my old mentor, Gil, ended up at Martin Technical, I knew I needed to be part of this team.”

As a Key Account Manager, Troy will manage the distribution network, drive sales for training and services, and manage the quotes and jobs in the eastern region for all verticals.

Gayton distinguishes his decision in working in the safety industry and specifically Martin Technical. He believes in the company culture behind Martin Technical, but on a larger scale, takes pride in working in the safety industry, stating, “My work helps others stay safe, perhaps even alive. That means something.”
