With 2020 not shaping up the way many had planned, it can feel as if people’s “internal GPS” is no longer working, says bestselling author, global speaker, consciousness creator and co-creator of Access Consciousness, Dr. Dain Heer.
“Feelings of uncertainty about the future, your place in it and how to navigate the ongoing crisis of the pandemic are all around – and for many people, it can be tempting to think ‘if I just change who I am, things will become clearer and I’ll know what to do” says Heer.
However, Dr. Heer says the idea that changing yourself will give you the “answers” you’re seeking is actually a fallacy, and that people already have the answers they need to lead a happier, more fulfilling life in 2021.
In an effort to show people the power of not fitting in and embracing your differences, Dr. Heer has is launching his annual “Being You, Changing The World” class in an entirely online format to close out 2021, starting on December 17 and running for 3.5 days.
The class is based on the core principles of the bestselling book by the same name. Although it was previously run in person, Dr. Heer says that now, more than ever, the “misfits” of the world need to know that there is nothing “wrong” with them, and they do not need to change to achieve happiness.
“If you feel like you don’t fit in, and that things would be easier if you were more ‘normal’, I’d like you to know that you are not wrong. Your differences are what make you a gift to this world, and if you begin being YOU, and actually building a life that supports your differences, life will feel easier and more joyful.” Dr Heer continues, “Being you means, not judging yourself and not trying to be what you’ve decided you ‘should’ be to navigate this world. When you’re being you, you’ll find that your internal navigation always knows where to guide you because you’re able to figure out what is true for you in each situation”.

Being You, Changing the World
International Bestseller, 2015
Being You, Changing the World is an innovative toolbox for the seekers in the world – the people who know that something different is possible, but who have never before had the tools to create what they really desire. Using an exclusive set of tools and processes called Access Consciousness, Heer walks you through the steps to create real change in your life and in the world.
Heer was depressed, disillusioned and on the verge of suicide when he first came into contact with these tools. Access Consciousness changed all of that. With vulnerability, clarity and humor, Heer uses his personal transformation to demonstrate the kind of dynamic change that is actually possible.
There is no other book like Being You, Changing the World. It won’t provide you with answers – instead, it will show you how to live from a place of question and choice, in ten second increments, and give you access to all that you innately already know.
This book is a co-creation. In it, Heer draws on the wisdom of the thousands of people he has worked with all over the world. People who, when recognizing that they’re not messed up, that they’re not wrong, also realize that they have abilities and capacities way beyond their wildest dreams.
