Liberate Physician Centers, a leading provider of medical marijuana certifications with nine Florida locations, announced today the Grand Opening of two new facilities in Largo and Tampa, respectively. The offices are under the leadership of Debbie Imus and offer comprehensive physician services and certification for the medical use of cannabis under Florida law.

The Largo office will host a Grand Opening Open House on Saturday, October 3 from 10am to 4pm. Representatives from licensed marijuana dispensaries and other service providers will be on hand, including RISE, Liberty Health Sciences, FLUENT, VidaCann, MUV, Curaleaf, Trulieve and MedMen. A Liberate Physician will also be available for patients wishing to become a certified medical marijuana patient. The office is located at 12679 Seminole Blvd. in Largo. The Tampa office will hold a similar event on November 7th 2020.

“I’m exceptionally pleased to have Debbie join the Liberate family to provide this much needed medical service to the Tampa Bay community,” says Daniel J. Reid, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liberate. “Despite some of the challenges associated with COVID-19, Debbie and her team are accepting new patients using enhanced Covid precautions, including telemedicine for recertification visits.”

Liberate was founded in 2013 with a flagship office in Michigan and an operations center in Colorado. The company became the first medical marijuana business in the State of Florida, having opened in West Palm Beach in 2015 in anticipation of the passage of Amendment 2 on the November 2016 ballot. Today, Liberate has clinics throughout Florida.
