“My experience managing neuromusculoskeletal conditions combined with a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient and family-centered care will aid in the development of the best medical rehabilitation programs for Carmel and the surrounding communities,” said Dr. Zuziak. “Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital’s mission is to deliver exceptional patient care with an inspired team and advanced technology through local collaboration.

Dr. Zuziak earned both his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, Dr. Zuziak completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mercy Medical Center in New York. He served as Chief Resident for two terms.

Dr. Zuziak is board certified in Health Care Quality and Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP).

He previously served as the President, Past President, Board of Governors ex-officio member, and Medical Education Committee Liaison for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation’s (AAPM&R) Physiatrist in Training Council (PHiT). He maintains memberships with AAPM&R, American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE), and American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP).
