“I am looking forward to continuing my work in driving our mission to provide better outcomes for patients who represent some of the most vulnerable and fragile members of our society.”

HHAeXchange (“HHAX” or “the Company”), the leading provider of homecare management solutions for payers, providers, and state Medicaid agencies, today announced that it has promoted long-time senior executive Stephen Vaccaro to President. In this expanded role, Vaccaro will be responsible for leading the Company’s payer, provider and state program growth efforts and will remain a vital part of the executive leadership team focused on driving all strategic initiatives.

For more than five years, Vaccaro has served in numerous roles at HHAeXchange, including Chief Operating Officer and most recently as the President of Provider Solutions. His in-depth knowledge of our existing clients, understanding of regional and national market trends and proven expertise in leading growth initiatives will enable him to bring together the payer, provider and state programs under one comprehensive external facing business unit and propel HHAeXchange through its next phase of growth.

“As HHAeXchange continues to gain momentum in the marketplace, it is more vital than ever to have a strong leadership team that can adapt to this changing environment and I am thrilled to have Steve in this new role in growing the company,” said Greg Strobel, CEO of HHAeXchange. “In homecare, the payer, provider and state ecosystem are closely integrated and moving to a cohesive management strategy for all three was the natural next step for our business. Steve has done an outstanding job growing our provider network over the past year and a half and we are thrilled to welcome his leadership into this expanded position.”

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare technology and services industry, Vaccaro has built businesses in both the payer and provider sides of the market. He has a proven track record of success in executive leadership, sales, service delivery, strategic planning, project management, P&L management, product development, and acquisition integration.

“For the past 18 months I had the pleasure of leading the team that has realized record provider growth for the company,” said Vaccaro. “During this time, the importance and value of collaboration between payers and providers has become apparent, making this next transition one that is best for both our clients and the company. I am looking forward to continuing my work in driving our mission to provide better outcomes for patients who represent some of the most vulnerable and fragile members of our society.”

Vaccaro, who is based in New York, will report directly to Strobel.
