Betzig has spent his entire career in executive search. He joins Heller Search from GattiHR, where he most recently served as Practice Leader for the Detroit region. Before Gatti, Betzig co-founded JGA Partners, a boutique search firm. He started his career at DHR International, a top 10 global executive search firm, after earning a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
