Consulting Magazine revealed on November 12, 2020, that Health Data Movers Inc. (HDM) is No. 9 on its annual The Best Small Firms to Work For list. This is the sister list to Consulting Magazine’s Best Firms to Work For, a list which this year included such companies as Boston Consulting Group, EY, and KPMG. This list measures such things as client engagement, culture, leadership, career development, work/life balance, and compensation.
HDM proudly offers Application Development, Data Conversion and Integration, EHR, and Program and Project Management Services across all healthcare IT vendors. Founded in 2012 and actively managed by founding partners Brian Battistone, Greg Georgatos, and Tyler Smith, the firm has continued to build on their early reputation as the “must call” firm for the toughest healthcare IT projects.
“We could not be happier to be named one of Consulting Magazine’s Best Small Firms to Work For in 2020,“ Georgatos said. “This win really hits home for us. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive company culture that encourages grit, growth, independence, and a family vibe. Our consultants do top-shelf work, and we consider this honor to be a reflection of what they are able to accomplish as we work to move healthcare forward together.”
“The Best Firms survey is the largest and most in depth employee satisfaction survey in the industry,” said Editor-in-Chief, Chris Nesi. “This year we collected thousands of responses from hundreds of consulting firms to compile our list of 2020 Best Firms winners, on topics spanning culture, career development, client engagement, compensation, and benefits, and firm leadership. As always, we were inspired to hear the glowing praise employees had for their firms.”
