Griswold Home Care of Winston-Salem proudly announces it has achieved accreditation through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for Private Duty services.
Accreditation is a process through which healthcare organizations demonstrate compliance with national standards. Accreditation by ACHC reflects an organization’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care.
ACHC is a nonprofit organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986. ACHC is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) deeming authority for Home Health, Hospice and DMEPOS.
“Over the last seven years our agency has received exceptional reviews from clients as a provider of choice and from staff as an employer of choice,” said Norman Potter, Griswold Home Care of Winston-Salem Director. “Looking towards the future, we knew we were good candidates for independent verification of our strong and growing operation. Verification provides true evidence of our excellence in the delivery of exceptional home care services to prospective clients, referral partners and employees.”
Potter explained further, “We chose ACHC as our accrediting organization because of their rigorous standards. We truly believe that we are a better agency on all fronts as we strived for and met all ACHC standards.”
