“We are happy to welcome Allison to Greenberg Traurig as we continue to grow our corporate trust capabilities in the firm and in Minneapolis,” said Michael B. Fisco, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Minneapolis office. “Allison is a terrific lawyer and her prior experience advising on corporate trust matters at a large national bank will make her a valuable addition to the team.”

Seeley focuses her practice on advising financial institutions on their corporate trust transactions, with a concentration on structured finance transactions. She has wide-ranging experience advising on a variety of complex agreements, including trust and agency agreements, custodial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other related agreements.
