National travel nurse agency GIFTED Healthcare is thrilled to announce that it has been named a “Best Place to Work” by New Orleans CityBusiness, a highly-regarded business publication in the New Orleans area. Created in 2003, CityBusiness’ “Best Places to Work” list recognizes the city’s 50 top employers, honoring 35 large companies and 15 small. GIFTED Healthcare is listed in the Large category.
To participate in “Best Places to Work,” companies must disclose workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention levels and employee advancement. Honorees are chosen based on questionnaires that explore offered employee benefits, including average salary, health care, paid time off and employee programs. In addition, quality of workplace culture is measured with an anonymous survey of company employees.
All CityBusiness “Best Places to Work” will be honored at an upcoming virtual awards event at noon on Friday, December 4th. The top three large and small companies will be selected and announced during the event.
