This will be illustrated with two practical use cases using Nova’s non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) disease model of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutated lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). First, by exploring a large range of doses and then by testing eligibility criteria refinement and its impact on treatment effectiveness.
