First starting as a Mental Health Clinician, Dr. Piso then moved on to work as a Child/Family Psychologist, and later became a Psychologist and Clinical Director for what would eventually become the world’s largest for-profit behavioral health company. After serving as Clinical Director for state operations, and the 2,000,000 insured under his direction, Dr. Piso was appointed Vice President of the largest network of behavioral health providers in New Jersey. In 2008, Dr. Piso launched Piso and Associates, LLC, a consulting service that utilizes his expertise, vast insight, and second-to-none knowledge to promote leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, and change management within ophthalmology practices.
