“Adding Cynthia Kilroy and Dr. Frank Cockerill to our Strategic Advisory Board is important to the growth and success of our company,” said Chase Spurlock, PhD, founder and CEO of Decode Health.

Chase Spurlock, PhD, founder and CEO of Decode Health, announced the addition of two members to the company’s Strategic Advisory Board. New members Cynthia Kilroy and Dr. Franklin Cockerill expand the depth and breadth of industries represented on the board, joining the eight members announced earlier in 2020 who provide guidance on technology development, partnership opportunities, and ongoing business strategies.

Decode Health’s predictive analytics solutions are used by health care providers, payers, public health officials, and policymakers to identify risk, inform care, and improve outcomes for the populations they serve. The company combines multiple data sources, including public health information, clinical data, healthcare claims, geographically targeted social determinants of health information, real-time patient survey results, and other enrichment data, to deliver actionable insights. Decode Health’s insights are extensible to multiple healthcare fronts and conditions, including chronic disease, COVID-19 spread, and now the emerging need to monitor those whose COVID-19 infection may be leading to long-term, chronic conditions.

“Adding Cynthia Kilroy and Dr. Cockerill to our Strategic Advisory Board is important to the growth and success of our company,” said Spurlock. “We’re delighted to have them join the other accomplished advisory board members who are helping us negotiate this transformational period in healthcare and our own company’s evolution.”

“Adding these members, with their unique experiences, adds to the breadth and depth of advising that Decode Health has at its disposal,” Spurlock added. “Dr. Cockerill’s expertise in laboratory services and diagnostic innovation will be invaluable as we advance our COVID-19 surveillance efforts and strengthen our chronic disease monitoring capabilities. Cynthia’s knowledge across all facets of the healthcare system, especially within the emerging payer-provider partnerships arena and the use of technology to deliver personalized care, will support our expanding value proposition.
