David R. Lallouz Joins Bruderman & Co., as Head of M&A and Chief Legal Officer for Merchant Banking Division


David’s breadth and depth of experience in various industries and fields including the life sciences industry, financial services, consumer products, including food and beverage distribution, and cybersecurity industries will be a huge asset to our clientele.

Bruderman & Co. announces that David R. Lallouz has joined the firm as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Chief Legal Officer for its Merchant Banking Division. In his new role, Mr. Lallouz will lead the structuring, negotiation and implementation of the division’s acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Lallouz joins Bruderman, bringing with him nearly two decades of private practice experience handling well over a hundred M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions throughout that time, across a broad range of industries on both the buy-side and sell-side.

Mr. Lallouz most recently served as partner in Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP’s Business and Finance practice, where for the past eleven years he advised clients on M&A, private equity and other complex corporate transactions. He began his career in Quebec where he remains admitted to practice.

Mr. Lallouz been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers multiple times since 2011. He received his B.C.L. and LL.B. degrees, with distinction, from the Faculty of Law, McGill University.
