CSG Government Solutions Selected by South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to Provide Organizational Change Management Services for its Medicaid Program

CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced that it has been selected by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services for the Delivery of Automated Systems for Healthcare (DASH) Medicaid system modernization program.

The DASH Program manages various system implementation projects which serve as components of the Department’s enterprise-wide Medicaid solution. CSG is assisting SCDHHS in aligning operational practices with new technology and systems by providing business process assessment and reengineering, OCM planning, communications, training, coaching, and other support for multiple modular system implementation projects.
