“With only a few weeks left in the fall semester and cases still rising, the fight against the coronavirus needs to be stronger than ever. The only way we can tackle this is if we work together,” said Founder and Southern Methodist University Vice President Austin Hickle.

The College Health Alliance of Texas (CHAT) today released a public service announcement (PSA) created to encourage students to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines on and off college campuses.

The PSA features a 30-second segment of safety tips and precautions to help minimize the spread of the virus across Texas college campuses. The PSA will appear on university television stations and on CHAT social media channels.

“We thought a PSA would be a creative way to get our message across since social media and television are an integral part of many college students’ lives. With only a few weeks left in the fall semester and cases still rising, the fight against the coronavirus needs to be stronger than ever. The only way we can tackle this is if we work together,” said Founder and Southern Methodist University Vice President Austin Hickle.

If you would like access to the PSA or an interview with a CHAT representative, please email media@crosswindpr.com.
