Since joining Dr. Taylor in 2019, Dr. Megan McClean has established herself as a leader and innovator in the field of laser and aesthetic dermatology. She is sought out for her expertise in enhancing her patients’ appearance through advanced combination therapies, taking into consideration the unique goals and preferences of each individual. Dr. McClean believes in ongoing maintenance and improvement through biostimulation and regenerative medicine and is highly skilled at achieving beautiful and natural results. She has pioneered several signature treatments at Gateway Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center, including the popular “Light and Bright” laser facial. She continues to be involved in academic inquiry, serving as an investigator in clinical trials for both cosmetic and medical dermatology, and publishing in international journals. As an invited monthly contributor to the “DermSurgery Digest” podcast, Dr. McClean is trusted to keep her colleagues abreast of the latest published advances in the field of cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Kimberly Huerth has a particular interest in finding creative approaches to help patients with complex aesthetic concerns. For inspiration, she frequently travels internationally to learn from other aesthetic thought leaders and finds ways to incorporate a wide variety of advanced treatment approaches into her practice. Dr. Huerth seeks to integrate key principles from regenerative aesthetics, cutaneous biology, laser physics, and where appropriate, medical therapeutics, with her keen aesthetic eye and technical skill when carefully curating treatments for her patients. Dr. Huerth also contributes regularly to the dermatology literature, having authored chapters in three different authoritative aesthetic textbooks during the past few years, and serving as a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, a highly regarded publication that focuses on the latest advances in aesthetic and medical dermatology.
Completing this exceptional team is Dr. Donna Fischer, whose background in obstetrics and gynecology brings a unique perspective to the practice. She draws upon this expertise when performing laser-assisted labiaplasty, as well as a wide array of energy-based vaginal rejuvenation treatments. While she is skilled in many aesthetic procedures, Dr. Fischer is particularly sought after for her expertise in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, semaglutide for medically supported weight loss, and liposuction.
