Mattr Introduces Influencer Campaign Manager Module Specific to the Pharmaceutical Industry

https://www.prweb.com/

Mattr’s New CM-P Includes Adverse Event monitoring

…we’ve done significant research and development to eliminate those barriers.

Today, Mattr, the leading technology enabled full service influencer marketing provider, announced Campaign Manager – Pharma (CM-P), the first influencer marketing solution designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry.

Two pharmaceutical companies are already running campaigns using CM-P.

CM-P is the latest solution from Mattr developed specifically to address the marketing challenges facing highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals.

Regulatory compliance has long made marketing difficult for companies selling pharmaceuticals. With such strict regulations in place, pharmaceutical companies struggle to adopt and incorporate the latest innovative marketing tactics. Influencer marketing is the latest example of this challenge.

Social media content published by pharmaceutical companies must go through onerous approval cycles prior to publishing, so many companies have hesitated to work with influencers, fearing they’d lose content oversight. Additionally, once content is published, community engagement on the content must be closely monitored. Certain comments could require Food & Drug Administration notification by the company. Failing to give that notification could result in penalties.

“We’ve actually had several pharmaceutical companies tell us that they didn’t think influencer marketing was an option for them until they found Mattr,” said Jack Holt, CEO and co-founder, Mattr.

CM-P, developed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, solves the influencer marketing challenges facing pharmaceutical companies.

Adverse Effect Comment Moderation

The solution’s adverse effect comment moderation system automates community engagement monitoring and alerts, allowing pharmaceutical companies to easily abide by FDA regulations. If a comment is left on an influencer post that could warrant FDA notification, an alert is sent prompting the partnering pharmaceutical company to review the comment.

Additionally, the non-compete monitoring function can also be used by pharmaceutical companies to ensure influencers they work with don’t violate competitive restrictions included in the parameters of their relationship. Competitor handles and hashtags can be entered into the system to monitor usage, making it easier to quickly discover violations of influencer contracts.

Branded vs. Unbranded Campaigns

CM-P was developed to manage both types of campaigns pharmaceutical companies run: branded campaigns, which explicitly name a drug brand, and unbranded campaigns, which operate similar to a public service announcement and do not name a drug brand.

Content Review and Approval

CM-P features an easy to use environment for content review and approval. Since content faces such strict scrutiny prior to publishing, CM-P enables an influencer to upload content for approval from the pharmaceutical company prior to publishing or submission to its system for approval. This ensures that all content tied to the pharmaceutical brand is in compliance with federal regulations – and gives the company the opportunity to reject any content that may violate federal regulations.

“Based on what we’ve seen in our competitive research, Campaign Manager – Pharma is unique in that it’s uniquely developed with the tools and expertise needed for the pharmaceutical industry,” said Holt. “We put significant resources into gaining a deep understanding of the regulations they face. We wanted to make sure pharmaceutical companies would be very comfortable partnering with us since most have probably never done influencer marketing.”

CM-P also includes all the other benefits that Mattr’s core influencer marketing platform has provided to brands over the past six years:

  • PersonaMesh Audience Matching – many influencer marketing platforms will align an influencer’s demographic and socioeconomic profile with the brand looking to work with them, but Mattr’s technology goes a step further, finding matches for the audience of influencers.
  • Cost Per Engagement Model – this performance-based model ensures that brands are only paying for the results they receive from working with an influencer.
  • Full Service Influencer Campaigns – Mattr offers the option of full service, white glove influencer activation and management, freeing brands from the time investment necessary to run influencer campaigns.

“Mattr is a company for highly regulated industries,” said Holt. “We’ve seen the barriers that prevent companies in industries like pharmaceuticals from running influencer campaigns. Over the past few years we’ve done significant research and development to eliminate those barriers. Campaign Manager – Pharma is the latest example of that. We’re very excited to be able to help pharmaceutical companies work with influencers to tell the stories of the medications they’re creating.”

About Mattr

MATTR, leaders in influencer campaigns for highly regulated industries, is the only full-service influencer marketing provider with detailed audience insights from PersonaMesh™. We go beyond demographics into psychographics such as values and interests so that your influencer campaigns align with your campaign targets.

Micaton Brings Handy Gym to Indiegogo’s InDemand After Successful Campaign

News Image

With Handy Gym, anyone can achieve a total body workout that’s easier on the body than weightlifting, and it’s completely portable.

Using the same training methods developed by NASA for astronauts to use while in orbit, Handy Gym is the inertial training tool for everyday people to achieve sculpted, strong muscles without lifting weights. After raising more than $386,000 during its 40-day Kickstarter campaign, Handy Gym has moved into production and over to Indiegogo’s InDemand platform to continue taking pre-orders.

“Though I initially developed Handy Gym to provide fitness solutions for people for whom weightlifting was not an option, I quickly realized how many people would benefit from this tool,” said Manuel Montes, CEO of Micaton, creator of Handy Gym. “With Handy Gym, anyone can achieve a total body workout that’s easier on the body than weightlifting, and it’s completely portable.”

Handy Gym is perfect for a variety of fitness levels and exercises. By using a combination of handles and mounts, Handy Gym can be used to perform more than 200 exercises. Target specific muscle groups or achieve a full body workout with this one small piece of equipment.

To customize the resistance for muscle groups or fitness levels, Handy Gym uses a system of three interchangeable discs — yellow, blue or red — to achieve varying inertia levels. Yellow discs provide the least resistance, blue provide medium resistance, and red provide high resistance – up to 220lbs. The lower resistance discs are ideal for smaller muscle groups, like arms and shoulders or for those newer to fitness routines. Higher resistance discs are best suited for large muscle groups including legs and back or for those who are more advanced in their fitness regimen.

Allowing for fitness on the go sets Handy Gym apart from the rest. Weighing in at 28 ounces, it’s compact enough to fit inside a backpack or suitcase and assembles in seconds. With a complementary smartphone app, users can track their training and monitor improvements over time. Sensors within Handy Gym also convey real-time workout data including caloric burn. Handy Gym is available to pre-order starting at $510 by visiting the InDemand campaign page.

Ignite Visibility Unveils the Ignite 100, Highlighting the Best Tools in Digital Marketing in 2019

This year, Ignite Visibility set out to find the top tools and software in digital marketing.

The goal wasn’t to put out another cookie-cutter, big brand-driven list of the top names in marketing. Instead, they wanted a meaningful compilation of digital marketing tools that took newer, niche tools, and big names alike into consideration. Built on what real marketers are saying and using, Ignite Visibility wanted to share this all in time for 2020 marketing planning.

To do so, they scoured the market and called on the public to submit their favorites for consideration.

Now, the results are in.

This carefully compiled list is designed to help businesses of all sizes find the software best suited to their marketing needs – from SEO and paid media to social media, email marketing automation, analytics, funnels and more.

That range is well-represented on the Ignite 100, with top placements spanning e-commerce CRMs, cross-channel messaging platforms, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, local marketing, and much more.

“This list represents some of the best digital marketing software solutions on the scene,” says Ignite Visibility CEO and Co-Founder John Lincoln, “Ignite Visibility reviews hundreds of marketing tools and software every year, and this year, we wanted the whole world to participate. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and are excited to recognize the winners as part of the inaugural Ignite 100 list.”

Starting on June 24, 2019, companies were asked to submit their software for consideration. Each was asked to submit the following:

  • A 200-word unique description
  • Price range
  • Three things that make the software unique
  • Who the software is intended for
  • Number of users
  • Year founded
  • Company CEO

The submissions rolled in over a two-month period, ending on August 20, 2019, and the public was encouraged to vote for their favorites along the way.

Winners were ultimately chosen based on the number of votes received from the public, the number of positive reviews online, and input from a panel of digital marketing experts.

To celebrate this momentous achievement, winners will be awarded and given the opportunity to speak at an upcoming event in San Diego on October 25, 2019.

Now, the organization is sharing what they’ve learned since becoming an award-winning startup with other hub entrepreneurs, company leaders, innovators and industry experts next week at CIC as part of the 3rd annual Startup Boston Week. The event will gather thousands of individuals to partake in over 50 educational events happening throughout the city.

According to Mark Moreau, General Manager of CIC’s Massachusetts campus, “Cambridge Innovation Center is pleased to host Virtudent along with over 50 events taking place at CIC Boston as part of Startup Boston Week from September 16 to 20. We foster innovation and build communities that help entrepreneurs find solutions to solve the world’s problems. It’s been great watching Virtudent grow within the Newton Innovation Center and I’m excited to see how they continue to evolve their services, making it easier for people to get the care they need so much more conveniently.”

As part of the event, Virtudent thought leaders will direct sessions designed to broaden attendees’ knowledge of customer success, support, product and design.

On September 17, 2019 from noon – 1:30 pm, Debbie Kenny, VP of Customer Success for Virtudent will moderate To Automate or Not to Automate: Technical Automation vs. The Human Touch. The Virtudent offering brings the diagnostic and preventive services typically performed at a dentist’s office – including a complete oral health exam, cleaning and X-rays – right to the patient’s workplace. The service is designed to help patients stay healthier and promote preventive oral health by reducing barriers to care and the possibility of more costly and time-consuming procedures in the future. Since launching in 2014, the company’s innovative business model has earned them a number of accolades, including as winners of the Harvard Innovation Labs President’s Challenge, the Tufts 100K and MassChallenge.

“Over the past five years, we’ve grown rapidly from our origins in Boston, bringing oral health care to thousands of patients throughout New England, as well as in New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington – many of whom have never been to the dentist. This impact we are having on the lives of so many would not be possible if it weren’t for the support and mentorship we’ve received from the Boston startup ecosystem,” said Hitesh Tolani, DMD, founder of Virtudent who was recently named a Global Good Fund Fellow. “With social responsibility and giving back being a key part of our mission, we welcome the opportunity to have key members of our leadership team give back and share their expertise with others.”

ShoreView Moving and Storage and Bayshore Help Deliver Over 112,000 Pounds of Food to Local Food Banks

ShoreView Moving and Storage and Bayshore teamed up with Move for Hunger in May to deliver thousands of pounds of non-perishable foods to families in need as part of the 27th annual Letter Carrier’s Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive.

The two moving companies received donations collected by postal workers in May 2019 during their local mail routes. The moving teams at Shoreview and Bayshore helped to transport over 112,000 pounds of non-perishable goods from the Stamp Out Hunger® food drive this summer, equivalent to 93,000 meals.

Summer being “moving season”, is the best time for moving companies to collect the greatest amount of non-perishable food items. Movers, like ShoreView, ask their customers to set aside any non-perishable foods that the families are not bringing with them to their new home.

The Stamp Out Hunger campaign allows letter carriers in more than 10,000 cities across the U.S. collect non-perishable food donations left by mailboxes and at local post offices every second Saturday in May. Moving companies like ShoreView and Bayshore donated their time to ensure these donations reach communities in need by delivering the food items to local food banks.
