Mr. Glasmann is a world-class semiconductor executive with over 25 years of semiconductor equipment and operations experience. He most recently served as COO of Deca Technologies. He was previously an engineer with Applied Materials, followed by 20 years at International Rectifier (Infineon).

McShane Construction Company to Add 430,000-Square-Foot Expansion to Abt Electronics’ Glenview Facility

We understand that construction activities on expansion projects can be disruptive to the existing facility and employees, so we’ve carefully planned the construction process so that the business can remain fully operational with minimal disturbances.

McShane Construction Company is underway with a 429,524-square-foot addition to Abt Electronics’ existing warehouse and showroom facility in Glenview, Illinois.

“We look forward to adding needed space for Abt Electronics to expand their operations,” commented Tom Beres, Vice President at McShane. “We understand that construction activities on expansion projects can be disruptive to the existing facility and employees, so we’ve carefully planned the construction process so that the business can remain fully operational with minimal disturbances.”

The addition will incorporate two three-story office blocks totaling 22,230 square feet and 407,294 square feet of warehouse space. The office buildouts will include trucking offices, security offices, a break room and open office space for future buildouts. The single-story warehouse will offer a 32′ clear height, 39 semi-truck docks and 144 EOD box truck positions.

Additionally, the precast facility will have pre-engineered metal canopies and EIFS screen walls for box truck loading. The semi-truck docks will have full control panels with dock locks, and all dock positions will have power operated doors and hydraulic dock equipment.

Trident Aerospace, the group’s Phoenix-based ISR Services company with a strong presence in Latin America, has announced that one of its customers has reached 4,000 flight hours in a continuous ISR services contract over a 24-month period. Providing persistent support for critical law enforcement operations and exceeding the contractual requirements of 1,500 flight hours per year.

“We are proud to announce this important milestone, achieved with a S45 BAALAM system from Hydra Technologies. The S-45s have successfully flown supporting the customer’s law enforcement operations and performed flawlessly despite challenging missions and sometimes extreme weather conditions,” said Robert Morris of Trident Aerospace. “This is only one example of the reliability of the S45 that has managed to be successful in supporting the customer’s needs at all times.”

Specifically designed for harsh weather conditions, the S-45 BAALAM UAV is a twin engine, tactical unmanned aerial system with an endurance of 12 hours, a command and control range of 75 miles and a 17,000 feet operating ceiling. Payloads include EO/IR as well as SIGINT and ELINT capabilities. Trident Aerospace offers contactor-owned/contractor-operated full ISR solutions, as well as the sale of their full unmanned aerial systems, for government institutions in border protection, law enforcement and intelligence support. RAYCON Teams Up with InMotion for First Brick and Mortar Retail Partner

Andrese has been a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the staffing industry and Fortune 100 / 500 companies for over 25 years. During that time, she trained over 2,000 recruiters, sales, and management personnel in areas such as reducing time-to-hire, improving gross margin, increasing retention, and advancing diversity.

Prior to joining Onward Search, Andrese was Managing Partner of akathame LLC, a boutique talent recruitment, marketing, and management firm. Previously, she spent over 20 years at Aquent where she served in a variety of executive roles within training and business lines. She is also an international presenter and trainer who has spoken at conferences and within organizations like Design in Government, AIGA, the Interagency Visual Media Group (Intelligence Agencies), Big Design in Dallas, UX Camp DC, and APMP.
