Schott joins NFP with more than 25 years of experience in the management and professional liability lines of coverage. Matt specializes in the design, placement, consulting and servicing of directors and officers (D&O) liability, employment practices liability (EPL), fiduciary liability and crime insurance programs for private and publicly-traded companies in multiple industries.
Smith brings over 13 years of industry experience in D&O, employment practices, fiduciary, crime, cyber and professional liability to NFP.
Schott and Tom Sheffield, managing director, Management and Professional Lines, will co-lead the Management and Professional Liability business for NFP. Both report to Doug Turk, managing director, Industry Practices.
