WINTER PARK, Fla., Aug. 28, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Today, Rays Gaming, Rare Drop and Full Sail University produced the inaugural Sunburst Classic Championship. This landmark event was the first ever LAN event featuring “MLB The Show 23.” Streaming live from the Full Sail University Orlando Health Fortress, competitor “Zazzi” took first place and was awarded $8,000, while “Bayko” took home a $2,000 award for second place.

The Sunburst Classic Championship, presented by Orlando Health, featured the two winners “Zazzi” and “Bayko” from this summer’s Sunburst Circuit. Each were flown to Orlando on Monday, Aug. 28, where they competed head-to-head in “MLB The Show 23” live from the Full Sail University Orlando Health Fortress Esports Arena on campus. This state-of-the-art venue is the largest collegiate esports arena in the country, with 10 million pixels of LED wall to support dynamic visual presentations and graphics, and a concert-level PA system. Complete with a never-before-seen in arena digital baseball diamond featuring the Rays iconic logo treatment, the gamers participated in the tournament, each vying for a first-place win. Kicking off the event “Bayko” won the first round, but “Zazzi” emerged the winner having clenched both the second and third rounds.

In addition, during the event Tampa Bay Rays Gaming Program awarded a $7,500 scholarship to Full Sail University Game Business & Esports Bachelor’s Degree student, Jagger Fenwick, who is a current Full Sail Armada member of the varsity caster roster.

“Building the Sunburst Classic Championship alongside Rays Gaming and Rare Drop has been an absolute pleasure – from esports and gaming industry knowledge, elevated event production capabilities, and fan engagement expertise, this event truly brought to life an elite inaugural event featuring MLB The Show 23,” said Bennett Newsome, Director of Esports Growth & Development. “The energy emanating from the Fortress was exciting both in the room and on stream. Congrats to this year’s winner Zazzi, and congrats to our student scholarship recipient.”

“The Rays Gaming Program is another example of how we try to attract new audiences through technology, and we hope to continue to grow the program and engage our fans in this arena,” said Rays Chief Business Officer Bill Walsh. “Thanks to Full Sail University and Rare Drop for all their help in executing not just this championship but our qualifiers. Congratulations to all the competitors, the winners Zazzi and Bayko, and the scholarship recipient, Jagger Fenwick.”

ResumeBuilder.com Survey Finds 9 in 10 Companies Will Return to Office by the End of 2024

Based on survey results, 64 percent of respondents say their company has a physical office space, and 20 percent say their company plans to have one by the end of 2024. Concerning current or future RTO plans, 51 percent of companies say they currently require some or all employees to work in person, 39 percent say they plan to by the end of 2024, and 8 percent say they plan to by 2025 or later. Of respondents whose companies have already returned to office, 3 in 4 say they have seen an improvement in revenue. Additionally, the vast majority also say they have seen improvements in productivity, worker retention, employee relationships, and company culture.

“It’s important to note that, when it comes to RTO, one size does not fit all,” says Chief Career Advisor, Stacie Haller. “The majority of business leaders who plan to RTO in 2024 seem to understand that, in order to retain talent, they can’t force unwilling employees back to the office.

“The end of 2024 is still a long way away, and the job market is constantly changing. It remains to be seen if businesses will follow through on their RTO plans, especially when taking into account the recent backlash against major employers who have forced employees back to office,” she says.

Among respondents whose companies have returned to office, 83 percent say they currently track employee attendance. Likewise, of respondents whose companies plan to RTO in 2024, 70 percent say they will track attendance. Furthermore, 28 percent say their company will threaten to fire employees who do not comply with the RTO policy. To incentivize employees to RTO, 72 percent of company decision-makers say their company will offer commuter benefits, 57 percent say they will offer childcare benefits, and 64 percent say they will provide catered meals.

This online poll was commissioned by ResumeBuilder.com and conducted via Pollfish from August 17 to 19, 2023. Respondents consist of a national sample of 1,000 office workers. Transforming Sales Hunters, SI Partners, and Investors into SAAS Revenue Acceleration Experts

“SAASTEPS is such a versatile and powerful product! I’m so excited to help transform SAASTEPS U sellers into SaaS experts” said Elenez. “For a truly motivated seller, this could be the start of a very profitable future.”

PARTNER ACADEMY: CREATING HIGHER MARGINS FOR RESELLERS
SAASTEPS will also be launching a Partner Academy in the near future, which will be a specialized program designed for SI partners, consultants, and resellers. This program will present a unique opportunity for businesses to maximize their impact and achieve holistic growth.

“If there’s one thing we’ve seen repeatedly, it’s the power of our products to transform businesses,” said Tim Beck, CEO. “Partner Academy offers our resellers the chance to tap into that power and enjoy higher margins for their ventures by having predictable implementations by eliminating customizations.”

For Salesforce SI Partners interested in reselling software and implementing innovative revenue solutions, the program will provide comprehensive training eCommerce, SAASPAY (Payment Processing), and SAASRAM (Revenue Acceleration Management). After completing the program, certified partners will be product experts, giving them access to higher margin opportunities and the benefits of a predictable revenue model related to services and support. SAASTEPS aims to certify all SI Partners so they can resell, implement, and support SAASTEPS customers, helping every Salesforce user transform their CRM into a Revenue CRM.

INVESTOR ACADEMY: MAXIMIZING INVESTOR PROFITABILITY & ROI
For startup investors seeking affordable ways to accelerate revenue growth, SAASTEPS U Investor Academy, also launching soon, will be a powerful tool for profit maximization. This step-by-step playbook will reveal how SAASTEPS, in combination with their partners and Salesforce, dramatically accelerate revenue growth for their customers. This course will guide investors on how to leverage powerful revenue acceleration management strategies to unlock ROI results in just 4-6 years instead of 10. The goal of this program is to help investors make sound decisions, eliminate inefficiencies, and transform their businesses to achieve standardization and accelerated growth for all their startup investments. Businesses can thrive in the competitive SaaS landscape by becoming SAASTEP users, allowing them to rapidly implement solutions either with their Salesforce consultants or at their own pace.

“As business owners and investors, we know the pain points and have discovered a better way to accelerate revenue and increase efficiencies. We’re on a mission to share these learnings with as many investors as possible,” said Beck. “We’re confident businesses can prove to investors that they run revenue flawlessly with these strategies. Investors will also love that these solutions can be self-implemented, saving them $10,000s – $1,000,000s in consulting fees that could be allocated towards other business growth investments.”

INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE AND ENROLL TODAY
“We are humbled by the enthusiasm surrounding our suite of products and the opportunity to support even more businesses through SAASTEPS U” said Beck. “Just as with our flagship product, our goal with these educational programs is to provide all the guidance, support, and resources necessary for your success.”

Enrollment is now open for Sales Academy, with classes beginning on September 18th. Spaces are limited; don’t miss out on this transformative opportunity with SAASTEPS U.
