Featuring fully automated crimping and test procedures, with 100% electrical and mechanical testing, they can be engineered for high flex robotic applications.

Supplied as a single SKU, Aved Custom Cable Harnesses incorporate cable carriers per OEM requirements and can be custom packaged. Fabricated from 4 to 30 Ga wire with standard or custom insulations and flat ribbon cable, other services include discrete wire-, IDC-, modular plug-, and mechanical assembly, packaged LED’s, ultrasonic welding, and vendor managed inventory.
