Laurence Fishburne opens a segment discussing Health Management Tools on “Behind The Scenes”

As the medical field continues to grow exponentially with different specializations and needs to match a growing population, these facilities require different tools in technology to assist them with properly maintaining patient records securely and assisting them with providing the care they need.

A gifted actor and generous philanthropist, Laurence Fishburne, will introduce a new segment taking a look at the leading health management tools on an episode of “Behind The Scenes.” The growth of health management tools in health facilities is critical for meeting the demands and needs of patients by the medical staff. This segment will focus on which tools are the most successful in allowing these professionals to meet efficiency and service goals for their patients.

As the medical field continues to grow exponentially with different specializations and needs to match a growing population, these facilities require different tools in technology to assist them with properly maintaining patient records securely and assisting them with providing the care they need. These tools refer to electronic software that stores data and allows physicians and their staff to track the care at a higher accuracy level. This level of accuracy allows patients to get the best care for their needs.

Monitoring medical treatment for today’s population is essential to continue positive health promotion. This also gives the medical field solid data to utilize as they continue to make improvements and tools to benefit all of those working in the medical field. Without these tools, the medical field would not be able to manage the patient numbers that they are currently experiencing and the service in these areas would be declining instead of rising. It is critical that those working in the field have a thorough understanding of what tools they may use and for society in general to have an understanding of an industry that all take part in regularly.

“Behind The Scenes” is independently produced by an award-winning creative and production team, and has been notated for awards within the industry.

Village Dermatology works with local charity for annual event

The 9th annual Botox & Bingo event held by Village Dermatology allows patients and friends to participate in several games of Bingo in order to win prizes. Individuals are permitted to purchase as many Bingo cards as they would like for $5 a pack. All of the proceeds from these purchases go to a local charity in the Birmingham area. This year the practice has worked with The WellHouse, which takes in women that have been exploited through human trafficking. “Human trafficking takes place in our communities every day. Dr. Sobera has a passion to help the community take a proactive approach to stop human trafficking. She researched and reached out to the Wellhouse several years ago to assist in any way she could. Her work family got behind her passion and together, Village Dermatology has given donations of monies generated from events like Botox and Bingo, donations of items, including furniture and other household items, clothing and skincare. Several employees have dedicated their personal time to become more involved at the Wellhouse. We are honored to support the Wellhouse and The Wellhouse Process to recovery. “explained Audrey Easterwood, Practice Administrator.

The annual event has become a staple in the calendar for most patients of the practice and others wanting to learn more about the prizes being given away. This year there were over 250 individuals in attendance, and the event had to be moved outside to accommodate all of the participants.

“The event allows us the unique opportunity to spend an evening with our friends outside of normal business hours and have some fun. The great thing is that because the event is so well attended we are able to support an amazing local charity like the WellHouse,” explained Dr. Jenny Sobera.

Botox & Bingo is held in the latter part of the year in the month of October. To stay abreast of the next Botox & Bingo event, individuals should follow the practice on social media or sign up for the monthly newsletter offered by the practice.

Village Dermatology is a full-service dermatology practice offering comprehensive medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology services. To learn more about the practice or Botox, interested persons should contact the practice at (205) 877-9773 or visit https://www.villagedermatology.net/botox-wrinkle-reducer/ for more information.

No fees on international mobile top ups and part of the purchase to charity for expats who recharge on MobileRecharge on November 10, World Top Up Day

World Top up Day logo, Kiva logo, happy people, no fees,

No processing fees for expats sending top ups abroad, on November 10, 2019.

I luv being able to buy data ect for my sister that struggles in South Africa. (Jose on Trustpilot.com)

MobileRecharge.com, the expat service facilitating local and international mobile top ups, drops the fees and donates part of the purchase to charity on November 10. This is the 5th time this brand celebrates World Top Up Day on November 10, and this year they went the extra mile. Besides Facebook contest that offer free top ups, November 10 is the day everyone can make an online top up and pay zero processing fees. Plus each top up made on MobileRecharge.com contributes to a larger Kiva donation, without having to get extra money out of the pocket. All expats, travelers and independent top up givers are invited to join the action via MobileRecharge app or MobileRecharge.com: https://mobilerecharge.com/

First benefit on November 10 is that any mobile recharge (airtime sent) on MobileRecharge.com or MobileRecharge app will go through without having to pay any processing fee. Basically, what people order that day is what they send, nothing extra. Which is a great advantage, considering that all transfer of goods services like MobileRecharge.com apply this fee to cover for international transactions that make possible the fast transfer, whether mobile credit (like in this case) or else. The recharge is done in less than 1 minute, and the 0 fee will be signalled in the check out. The condition is to make the top up until 23:59 EST, on November 10, 2019.

What the top up triggers automatically is a donation. Each transaction will contribute to Kiva, an organization that supports financially ambitious people in less-privileged communities looking for help. For those unfamiliar with Kiva, this is an international nonprofit entity, founded in 2005, that manages crowdfunding loans for people in underserved communities who strive to make up a life by contributing to their society while being a provider. Students can pay for tuition, women can start businesses, farmers are able to invest in equipment and families can afford needed emergency care. Kiva hosts eco-friendly businesses, and focuses on people working in agriculture, education, refugees, war-conflict areas, etc.

World Top Up Day has been launched by MobileRecharge on November 10, 2015, and since then it has been celebrating Givers worldwide, with a special focus on expats who support their families and friends back home with mobile credit they send via MobileRecharge.com or the app. The day is meant to showcase their situation, since they are a generous category that doesn’t make it front page for their inherent charity contribution.

Anyone interested to save on their mobile top ups and make a donation with zero effort on their side is invited to join World Top Up Day celebration on MobileRecharge.com, the app or Facebook on November 10, 2019. To make the best of the day’s deals, one needs to open a free account. That takes less than a minute, and so does the online transaction.

Deals are running daily for MobileRecharge.com fans.

-Subscribers get regular deals by email or app notification.

-Facebook fans get interesting facts and Bonuses directly in their news feed: https://www.facebook.com/MobileRecharge.Fan

-Website visitors can check the Promotions page for daily updates.

Presently, KeepCalling provides its services to hundreds of thousands of consumers, with a focus on customer satisfaction. In 2015 the company registered a revenue increase of over 200% from 2011 to 2014.

Expats are invited to save big on their international top ups and donate to Kiva automatically without paying anything extra on November 10, World Top Up Day 2019.

New Balluff Inductive Couplers for Discrete Sensors Transmit Power and Signals Across an Air Gap

News Image

Balluff’s inductive couplers connect up to eight discrete sensors across a small air gap, eliminating hardware failures that can occur when slip rings, connectors, or other electromechanical connections wear out.

The M18 cylindrical version can connect to up to 4 discrete PNP sensors with 100 mA of output current, and the Q40 cuboid version can connect to up to 8 with 500 mA of output current. Both versions have an IP67 rating. Balluff’s passive junction boxes with M8 or M12 connectors allow you to quickly connect the remote coupler to the sensors.

Multiple remote couplers can be used with a single base coupler. This makes these couplers a smart retrofit for applications like die molds, where in-die sensor cables must be disconnected and reconnected frequently, eventually causing them to fail. With inductive couplers, you mount the remote coupler at the same position on each die or mold, then set the needed die or mold in place. Once the base and remote are in close proximity, LEDs on the base and remote switch on to indicate that a connection is active.

The key features of the inductive couplers for discrete sensors include

  • Two form factors
  • 18 mm cylindrical (M18) unit for up to four sensors
  • 40 mm cuboid (Q40) unit for up to eight sensors
  • IP67 protection for harsh environments
  • Internal temperature monitoring
  • LEDs visualize operating status on base and remote

Frederick F. Haussman Jr.’s newly released “Seventh Messenger” is a jarring revelation of the imminent end of times that will herald the return of Christ

News Image

“Seventh Messenger”: a sagacious account of attestations from the Holy Bible that unveil the pending return of the Savior to redeem and condemn those who believe in him. “Seventh Messenger” is the creation of published author Frederick F. Haussman Jr.

Haussman Jr. shares, “Every good story has a climax, but a fantastic story has an unforgettable climax. This book is a true story of my life.

“So when the earth does shake more, then it is likely it will be because of a solar flare from a supernova, and its impact is coming our way or it could be the Lord’s just heating the earth’s core.

“This will bring about the Antichrist because the world will be hurting and will need a savior.

“All I know for sure is what the Holy Spirit has told me that the seven thunders will utter their voices. They have already sounded, but because of this book, the whole world will know for sure the truth. Chapter 10 of Revelation is revealed. We are closer to the second coming of Christ, so you need to get your name written in the Lamb’s book of life, only by believing in Yasha, the Messiah.

“I do not know the year the earth will shake, but it’s going to happen. The season is near. Please believe me, for I’m only the messenger. It does not bother me if you do not believe. You’re only hurting yourself. I have sounded the warning. Your blood is not on my hands. For the Father does love you, so turn to him and save your soul.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Frederick F. Haussman Jr.’s new book emphasizes vigilance in faith to assure salvation from the final destruction of the world that reproves the unbelieving.

Inspired by the divine, this book desires people to be reminded of God’s gracious yet just omnipotence for all creation.

Consumers can purchase “Seventh Messenger” at traditional brick-and-mortar bookstores or online at Amazon.com, Apple iTunes store, or Barnes and Noble.

MeshTek Labs Helps California Lightworks Build Robust Internal Horticultural Control Network

MeshTek’s robust internal Bluetooth 5 ready smart lighting and internal control network helps the horticultural industry control environments. By offering lighting manufacturers the ability to control and create schedules, light scenes and settings, growers can impact time and light and significantly increase yields. With MeshTek’s “RealSchedule” feature schedules reside in the light fixture itself allowing independent operation. MeshTek Labs offers the horticultural industry a Bluetooth two-way communication and self-healing mesh stack, hardware, software solutions and secured back end and database management.

MeshTek partnered with Canoga Park, CA-based California Lightworks to create a BLE ready smart grow lighting internal control network for a 52,000 square-foot greenhouse complex in California. The greenhouses cultivates, processes, manufactures, distributes, and retails horticultural products in multiple facilities all over California. Their greenhouses rise to the highest standards for indoor cultivation, including sanitary conditions, procedures, pest management, and environmental controls.

According to George Mektarian, CEO, California Lightworks, “If a cultivator wants to be a high yield producer but at low cost, that can’t be accomplished with Mother Nature alone. Even though the location is an ideal natural growing environment, the greenhouses needed supplemental lighting and control to deliver high yields and that’s where California Lightworks and MeshTek Labs came in.”

Yields can decrease by as much as half when the light diminishes in the winter season, and the location is covered by a coastal fog almost every morning. In order to achieve even light levels and consistent production throughout the year, supplemental greenhouse lighting and flexible lighting control is a must.

By choosing California LightWorks LED grow lights, the location achieved 500 umols and gained total control over their crop. Specific grow benefits include, 100% digital spectrum control for optimal growth and chemical profiles and heavy red lighting for fruit and flower yield. With the addition of MeshTek Labs’ controls, California Lightworks was able to offer a complete horticultural lighting solution designed to meet the end-user’s needs and business objectives.

“Meshtek Labs’ proprietary and patented networking and management platform, proven simplicity and control are at the grower’s fingertips,” said Swapnil Bora, CEO of MeshTek Labs, “Our industrial grade BLE mesh IoT platform provides the ability to control the environment by managing the light spectrum for maximum growth, by filling in light where there were shadows and by allowing the operators to easily and quickly control and change schedules as needed. Built-in AI (artificial intelligence) and edge computing and connectivity revolutionizes networking and control of devices.”

Making your grow facility “MeshTek Smart” takes three simple steps:

1.    Attach plug & play lighting controller to the driver in a fixture.

2.    Download an iOS, Android or Web App.

3.    Create an account to securely pair and start controlling.

MeshTek complete lighting solutions can be tailored for both small and large grow facilities and greenhouses. The company offers both turnkey and customizable solutions including sensor integration or other automation system integration helping control environments and increase greenhouse yields.

California Lightwork’s supplemental grow lights, MeshTek Lab’s plug and play lighting controls and the companies’ joint horticultural lighting solutions can be viewed in this attached video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clMufcs1Qxg&feature=youtu.be

“MeshTek Labs’ and California Lights’ recent installation of grow lights networked on the MeshTek Bluetooth mesh platform at a horticultural facility in California illustrates the brilliance behind the company’s patented mesh technology and the positive impact on product yield afforded by efficient communication and control among the LED lighting fixtures,” said Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, one of ABC’s “Sharks” on the hit show Shark Tank, and an investor in an ever-growing portfolio of businesses including MeshTek Labs.

About MeshTek Labs

MeshTek Labs, headquartered in Dallas TX, creates and builds smart lighting, and a variety of other systems that operate on a proprietary Bluetooth® mesh networking platform with built in Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing solutions for direct customers and OEMs. MeshTek is a unique IoT (“Internet of Things”) platform that uses Bluetooth Low Energy to form both broadcast and connection mesh networks along with optional BLE-WiFi-Ethernet-Cellular Gateway solutions, enabling efficient communication and control among networked devices. Revolutionary Strength Training System Unveiled By Barwis™ CEO Mike Barwis & Former MaxOut Strength Systems Founders

“The eForce has revolutionized eccentric training,” said Mike Barwis. “It’s functionality and efficacy is unmatched in the performance training market. It is a staple in our eccentric training protocols for the Professional and Olympic teams and athletes we train”.

Strength Conditioning Expert and CEO of the BARWIS™ companies, Mike Barwis, has joined forces with Jason Griggs and Matt Cubbler to launch eForceTM – a state-of-the-art training system designed for athletes at every level.

Already used by the Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Red Wings, eForce is a line of eccentric strength training equipment. This patented, state-of-the-art, computer-controlled, mechanical device is attachable to any squat or half-rack and offers the ability to offload a precise amount of weight from the weight bar in both the eccentric and concentric motion of every repetition. This loading/off-loading allows for maximal neural recruitment to muscle fibers of the targeted muscles.

The incredible and unique capability of eForce equipment not only facilitates the development of new muscle fiber but also increases bone density. Proper use can improve the function and stability of the targeted areas of the body in less time and with better results than traditional methodologies. In addition to building stronger athletes, the eForce system also puts less wear and tear on the joints and connective tissue, leading to an increase in performance and reduction in the risk of injury.

“While the focus on sports science, athlete safety and athlete development is at an all-time high at every level of sport, we saw a glaring deficiency in the strength training equipment market space,” said Cubbler. “As a result, we developed and patented the eForce technology to ensure that every athletic program can provide their athletes and coaches with the most advanced and scientific strength training equipment available.”

Understanding the incredible value of leveraging eccentric loading in training, Jason, Matt and Mike spent several years together designing this precision equipment with the intent of changing the industry of strength and conditioning. The eForce system is the second iteration of the technology, having evolved from the original design of the Maxout Tower.

“The eForce has revolutionized eccentric training,” said Mike Barwis. “It’s functionality and efficacy is unmatched in the performance training market. It is a staple in our eccentric training protocols for the Professional and Olympic teams and athletes we train.”

“Combining the power of the BARWIS™ Brands with our established partnerships with such iconic brands as the Pittsburgh Steelers was vital to the success of eForceTM Strength,” said Griggs.

eForce Strength currently holds two issued patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The eForce technology is being sold to high schools, colleges, universities, professional sports teams, and in privately owned gyms and training facilities across the country. The company’s goal is to positively impact and change the lives of every person who uses their technology.
