The acquisition is a key step in Ambipar Group’s continuing mission to develop sustainable solutions throughout the world. Allied International Emergency will operate under the Ambipar Response brand, which is part of the company’s Emergency Services business unit. Ambipar Response is a worldwide commercial response organization specializing in environmental services and technologies.
