Wealth-X Expands Global Dataset Across Europe

Wealth-X, the leader in applied wealth intelligence, announced another significant expansion of the company’s proprietary global database today, identifying nearly 130,000 wealthy individuals in Europe, increasing coverage in that region by 350%.

In an effort led by Wealth-X’s Data Strategy team, these new data assets include records on both very high net worth (VHNW) individuals, those with a net worth of between $5 and $30 million, and ultra high net worth (UHNW) individuals, those with a net worth of $30 million or more.

The Wealth-X Database is the world’s largest contextual dataset of records on wealthy individuals available today, and this expansion will help organizations across the financial services, luxury goods, nonprofit and educational sectors to identify and engage with wealthy clients and donors in the region, including*:


  • Italy (45,000 individuals)

  • UK (35,000 individuals)

  • Germany (30,000 individuals)

  • France (19,000 individuals)

  • Spain (17,000 individuals)

  • Switzerland (14,000 individuals)

  • Austria (5,000 individuals)

  • BeNeLux (4,000 individuals)

  • Ireland (3,500 individuals)

This new European data is the most recent in a series of significant additions to the company’s proprietary database over the course of 2019. Most recently, Wealth-X announced the addition of close to 270,000 records of wealthy Chinese individuals to its global dataset in August. Other data expansions in 2019 included 1.5 million global political and philanthropic donations, over 10,000 private aviation assets, and close to 500,000 additional personal network connections within Wealth-X dossiers.

Wealth-X will continue to build upon its dataset into 2020 and beyond. Its next major data expansion will focus on wealthy individuals across Russia, Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, Australia and South America.
