Studio SWEAT onDemand (SSoD) may be a small business, but it’s revolutionizing the virtual fitness industry. These workouts can be sorted in the class menu, toggled on and off, and accessed from most devices and apps. The company has already produced a variety of workouts with closed captioning, and are committed to adding more each month.
