The Admin Awards is a competition among Admins nominated by their superiors and coworkers in seven cities including Dallas, Fort Worth, Silicon Valley, Denver, San Francisco, Houston, and Chicago. It is also the first and only public recognition program of its kind in the country that focuses specifically on recognizing and rewarding the achievements and importance of administrative professionals.

PWW President David Kalinowski, speaking on behalf of the entire organization that largely services Fortune 500 companies across the globe to help them gain and maintain a competitive advantage, stated that Kelley was nominated for the prestigious Loyalty Award for 15 years of steadfast service at PWW. Noting that Loiacono’s administrative management role involves supporting the firm’s CEO Gary Maag and himself, it now encompasses support and reporting functions for finance and IT, administrative staff oversight, and the direct management of what Kalinowski said he considers to be the four essential, yet less visible, administrative pillars that help hold up PWW behind the scenes—HR, legal, insurance, and banking.

Kalinowski added that Loiacono’s unsurpassed work ethic has earned her the title of “Office Hero.” He said, “Since 2005, Kelley continues to embody the hands-on, practical work experience, energy, and participative leadership style with her own direct support staff that adds significant and consistent value to PWW.”
