With this infographic, Working Against Gravity informs people of the benefits of switching to a keto diet which include weight loss, more energy, and an improvement of certain medical conditions. The infographic also provides tips to help dieters maintain the keto lifestyle which include eating three meals a day, incorporating healthy fats into your diet, and exercising consistently.
