WoofWell™ – The World’s First Breed-Specific Health Supplements for Dogs

WoofWell is the world’s first breed-specific health supplement for dogs, supporting multiple health concerns for individual breeds in one scientifically formulated soft chew – and it has earned the coveted Safety Seal from the National Animal Supplement Council.

Texas-based dog health supplement company WoofWell™ announced the launch of the world’s first Breed-Specific Health Supplements for Dogs.

The launch follows more than a year of research and formulation by veterinarians and dog health experts, and working closely with the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) to ensure each formulation is safe and provides the maximum functional health support benefits for each breed.

Heather Simon, WoofWell founder, said: “No two breeds of dogs have the same exact health requirements. Some breeds are more prone to seasonal allergies than others. Some breeds are more at risk of age-related joint mobility issues. And some breeds are at higher risk than others for various eye health issues. Supplements that are made for “all dogs” can’t possibly contain the precise ingredients in the exact dosages needed for a specific breed.”

It’s also well-known that many breeds are prone to more than of these health issues in their lifetime. Mass-market health supplements are typically targeted at one specific functional health issue, and thus do not address the multiple health requirements of any individual breed.

Simon added: “As life-long dog owners and dog lovers, we saw an opportunity to create a first-in-class line of superior health supplements that are both uniquely formulated for the specific health needs of individual dog breeds, and that address the most common multiple health concerns of those breeds in a single soft-chew supplement.”

The WoofWell line of breed-specific health supplements was developed in close coordination with the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) and WoofWell earned their coveted NASC Quality Seal, awarded only to products that meet the most stringent manufacturing and quality standards in the industry.

WoofWell’s first breed-specific supplement line is made entirely in the USA, contains no corn, no wheat, no artificial colors, dyes or harmful preservatives.

With this launch, WoofWell, a venture of Texas-based JC Media, LLC, has introduced its first four breed-specific formulations, with others now in development and expected to launch in the coming months.
