Wood Haven Senior Living, located at 2580 Main Street in Tewksbury, MA is undergoing a new renovation. The improvements are focused on upgrades to the exterior physical plant and enhancements to the interior common spaces.

Wood Haven, acquired on April 2, 2019 by a joint venture between Esplanade Capital LLC and Meridian Senior Living, LLC, offers 50-unit memory care units with standard and deluxe studio options in a secure one-story building. Meridian Senior Living now manages Wood Haven on a daily basis.
To better serve the Wood Haven residents, Wood Haven is upgrading its roof and exterior siding provide a cleaner, more pristine appearance. The common spaces including the lobby, activity room, and dining rooms have been updated with modern furnishings, window treatments, artwork, and lighting. Each space has been carefully appointed to accommodate the quality services and lifestyle residents at Wood Haven deserve.
