US Fertility’s newly formed Research Division will conduct and publish high-quality research studies to advance the field of reproductive medicine to provide better, more effective care to patients in the future.
US Fertility’s Research Division will be led by Kate Devine, M.D., Executive Medical Director and Chief Research Officer at US Fertility, in close collaboration with Luis Hoyos, M.D., Regional Research Director and practicing reproductive endocrinologist (REI) at US Fertility founding partner practice IVF Florida; Michael Homer, M.D., Regional Research Director and practicing REI at US Fertility founding partner practice, Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area (RSC); Meike Uhler, M.D., Regional Research Director and practicing reproductive endocrinologist (REI) at US Fertility founding partner practice Fertility Centers of Illinois (FCI); Samad Jahandideh, Ph.D., Head of Clinical Biostatistics at US Fertility, and others.
US Fertility is the largest network of physician-owned and physician-led fertility practices in the nation. Dr. Devine is a practicing, board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and fertility physician at Shady Grove Fertility, a founding partner practice of US Fertility. Dr. Devine also serves as faculty to fellows at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and to residents at Georgetown School of Medicine. Dr. Devine is the Quality Assurance Chair for the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) as well as a Research Chair for the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI). She serves on the Medical Executive Committee for the Jones Foundation and on the Editorial Board for Fertility and Sterility.
US Fertility’s Research Division announcement arrives as the organization gears up for a significant presence at the upcoming annual American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Scientific Congress and Expo, which will take place from October 23-26, 2022, in Anaheim, California. Researchers from across the US Fertility network are showcasing abstracts, delivering oral presentations, and receiving research prizes during the event.
