Banc Intranets is dedicated to delivering innovative products that help financial institutions improve their access to information, save time and reduce their costs.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (PRWEB)
March 31, 2020
Banc Intranets, a provider of secure, web-based enterprise content management solutions, was recently chosen to install its BancWorks® employee intranet system for United Community Bank. The Chatham-Ill.-based bank will be implementing BancWorks during First Quarter 2020, with plans to go live in April.
Once the implementation of BancWorks is completed, United Community Bank will be able to take advantage of an array of features from time-saving e-forms and an advanced ticketing system to site analytics and other valuable tools. This will indirectly support the bank’s longstanding commitment to provide the best possible products and services for its customers.
United Community Bank selected Banc Intranets as its solution partner after evaluating a number of potential providers over a 12-month period. Banc Intranets emerged as the best option, in part, because of BancWorks’ ease of use for both employees and administrators. The diverse features and industry-specific nature of the product were also key factors in the final decision.
“Banc Intranets is dedicated to delivering innovative products that help financial institutions improve their access to information, save time and reduce their costs,” said Mark Anderson, CEO of Banc Intranets. “We are pleased that United Community Bank will be employing the features of BancWorks to enhance its processes and operations.”
BancWorks is a user-friendly, turnkey intranet solution that employees can use to get immediate access to their company’s information. They can log into the system to view everything from policies and procedures to rates, employee profiles/directory, and company news. BancWorks also offers an assortment of helpful features that can enhance employee engagement, including learning management, an employee recognition tool, interactive calendars, announcements, surveys, polls, job opportunities and classifieds.
BancWorks is filling an important niche in the marketplace, as it allows organizations to leverage technology to transfer their paper-based documents, manuals, forms and other information to a secure online environment. With more companies trending toward eco-friendly digital information, BancWorks can support their efforts to print fewer hardcopies, conserve trees and, ultimately, help sustain the environment.
